It has been a few weeks and I'm still feeling really uncomfortable after using Small job Plumber who are actually Bishops Plumbers - so no, they are not small job plumbers at all. You know that feeling you get when you know you've been ripped off but are powerless to do anything about it.
Having been charged over £200 to repair a toilet I cannot stop feeling I've been completely overcharged. Yes they turned up on time, yes I am happy with the work and the plumbers attitude but I feel very mis-led over the cost when on the phone I was quoted 95 + parts. They actually charged me for the time to go and get the required parts, as these were such standard parts why were they not carried on the van? I was not quoted a cost when plumber went off to get parts. The actual repair took 15 mins. Be careful using this firm. I would definitely not use them again.

Had some minor but annoying leaky tap issues and Reece was wonderful - honest in so far as he said he wouldn't charge for time spent assessing and when he went off to buy the required parts. He's humorous, respectful and I would highly recommend these guys to anyone needing a plumber in the Brighton area. Thanks Reece!
