Dear Smallppt, I need a proof of my purchase
I am writing this review, just because I find it hard to communicate with you.
I need an invoice of my subscription so i can be reimbursed. Why do I need to ask you for an invoice?

Worst powerpoint ai generator

I was trying to use it before thinking about paying the subscription, but the system is slow and rubbish and after putting in all my effort fixing the powerpoint, they doesnt allow you to download it!! trash and also their images is bad really bad!!

Bad and slow system

Bad and slow system. Not worth the money.
I signed up and canceled after two days.
I signed up and it took me two days to make a 4 page presentation.
The system crashes and you waste a lot of work hours and then everything is deleted.
worst. Not worth the money.

Smallppt are setting customers up in…

Smallppt are setting customers up in what appears to be a fraudulent scheme. I purchased the service for a year. I did not receive any email on how to access my account. When I tried to access the account that I had paid for using the website , I was asked if I wanted the one year service which I had already paid for. Of course I said yes and was recharged the same amount of the yearly subscription using the same credit card information through PayPal that I HD provided the day before without asking for any credit card information again or the CCV number. They have no phone number to contact them and I had to call PayPal to place a complaint which PayPal denied since smallppt provided two different transactions on separate dates, As of today I have paid twice for the same service and I have not been reimbursed for paying twice. PayPal is washing their hands when it is evident that I have payed for two subscriptions for the same service. Only way to communicate with them is via email . I requested they cancel my subscription with a refund of my double payment and nothing yet. This all happened between Aug 29 and 30 2024 when I immediately notified Smallppt of the double charge. Today I received denial of my claim from PayPal . So twice the payment for sane service and no refund. Good luck with these kind of business practices.

I would stay away from this site

I would stay away from this site - it's an absolute scam! Once you take on a subscription, you cannot get out of it. There is no link or any answer in the FAQs about where to go to cancel a subscription. Once you log in into their site after making a payment, you cannot access the account management menu anymore. Also, they never announce the next payment, which is a normal business practice by reputable companies. I had to cancel my bank card to stop them collecting payments. Stay away from this page!
