Do not purchase, stay away.

I encountered this website and brand in my online google search of cardigans. I reviewed the site and it seemed credible and they seemed to have an email contact as well as phone number listed and a 30 day return policy that seemed clear as well.

Because it was my first purchase with this brand I bought both a size Medium and a Large on December 3rd, order # 8310. Turns out the Large was super large and the Medium itself was quite big.

When I tried to return the size L and contacted this vendor, the phone number did not work and I received no response to my emails I sent 3 times on December 10, 2024, Dec 13th, and Dec 16th respectively.

Stay away from this website and go shop somewhere else.
