Super shopping experience, exceeded my expectations
I always find it hard to find glasses that suit my face and size. The "try online" feature and the easy layout of the page describing each product carefully, with clear measurements and guide, was super helpful! Searching through the site was very intuitive too, and I was so pleased to see an "Asian Fit" category. The glasses arrived in great time and I love them, they fit perfectly! So much that I want to buy another pair in a different colour!

Slow delivery took 23 days to receive order
Prices, selection and customer service with this company is great but don't buy from them if you need contacts in a hurry. I ordered normal contacts on 13 April, they send auto emails every few days that they have arrived and being prepared for delivery but nothing comes. They eventually came 5th May. If they were upfront and said 3-4 weeks delivery from the beginning it would have avoided the stress.
