Absolutely outstanding experience! The Hugo Boss frame exceeded my expectations in every way. The design is sleek, premium, and very stylish, with a perfect fit and extremely comfortable feel. The build quality is solid yet lightweight, making it ideal for daily wear. It looks even better in person than in the pictures.

What really stood out was the customer support team quick, responsive, and very solution-driven throughout the process. Delivery was also impressively fast.

Bought glasses from here and just a month after they broke, contacted customer service email and even there Instagram to which they asked “ what is my concern” I told them my email how I have been trying to get ahold of them because the glasses I bought randomly fell apart because of cheap material, they proceeded to totally ignore me, avoid this company they clearly have something to hide if there completely ignoring me after telling them about this.

The glasses are actually really good, they fit well and they have my correct prescriptions despite all the doubt they are actually a legit company and sell good cheap glasses, I also had my doubts in the beginning but here we are.

They have followed up on the query consistently from day 1 and finally managed to resolve the situation,going as far as considering a one time exception.
I truly feel valued and greatly appreciate their prudent discretion and support throughout the process

Due to delivery issues and a delay in shipping, my item arrived 2 months late. This itself is a poor service however, customer service did literally everything they could to assist in re-shipping the item when it was sent back to the supplier. Dubai has problems with deliveries due to poor educated staff and lack of structure and communication. Nevertheless, thanks to SmartBuyGlasses, the communication was literally every few days and they followed re-shipment thoroughly to ensure my TF sunglasses arrived without further delay. The glasses I ordered are fantastic, I am very satisfied with the product and it matches all details as published online. Ellen and her team did a great job to make this initially negative experience a positive one.

After a delay my designer varifocal transition glasses arrived not from the UAE as expected but from Hong Kong.
Despite them having my full prescription the glasses were incorrect and my distance vision was blurred whereas with my existing glasses it is fine.
I contacted them on the day of receipt for a full refund and after some back and forth emails they agreed to give a refund.
This is where you have to be careful.
They said I had to pay myself to return them which cost me 240 AED (around£50) but then when they issued the credit they deducted a further 90 AED ( around £18) for their own shipping fees.
This is buried away in the small print of their terms and conditions and is very sharp practice. If I just changed my mind it would not have been so much of a problem but when the product is faulty you should get a complete refund.
So basically it has cost me 340 AED or around £70 to receive and return a defective pair of glasses.
Be careful if you use this company or go to a shop where you can refuse to pay if they are incorrect.
