I've used SmartDraw for 10 years. The charts and graph are easy to use. SmartDraw makes all my presentations look professional. Best part about SmartDraw is how the program interfaces with MS Office Suite.

SmartDraw is a fantastic application. We are about to embark on a major project to improve the shopping experience for over 150 stores in our network. SmartDraw provides a simple tool to work with Franchisees and Suppliers to get the perfect result!

Enjoying the SmartDraw program, it's easy and allows me to be very creative with the hundreds of products options available. I first started using this program to create Family Trees *without being attached to an on-line program) and I find it easy to use. I am now using many of the other SmartDraw products available and very impressed by what can be achieved. Highly recommended!

Really liked smart draw since i started using it back in 2011, Had a bit of trouble at first as I'm not the smartest cat when it comes to computers and software. Picked it up quickly and ran with it on all sorts of applications for my business.

I am attempting to use the Cloud version but am not having much luck. My computer keeps losing connection with the server. It looks like I will have to switch to the downloadable version and pay the extra money.

Initially I had trouble figuring out how to work with it, but once you get the hang of things, it really is a very nice program to have. I haven't explored all the updates of the 2018 program yet but it looks even better than the 2017 version. Bonus: really amazing service. Since we are a Namibian company, I had to work around getting an invoice for payment and rather pay by credit card, but everyone was really helpful in getting me started.

Smart Draw Cloud is a complete misnomer. There is nothing smart about it. And it lost my work... total and utter waste of time.

I was a little hesitant after the trial version as it ran so slowly that it was virtually unusable.
However, with patience, I could see the potential of the programme so decided to buy it.
The downloaded version is infinitely better. It is much, much faster and has a lot more attributes, which are very useful.
It is at least as good as Visio, which I was very familiar with and I am very happy with it.

Easy to learn and use. As a course designer, the content that we develop using SmartDraw adds value to the presentations and learning. The sample templates often provide a jump-start to completion. Having access to drawings and documents online from just about anywhere is also beneficial. Great program with opportunities to help a lot of people and businesses.

I really like Smartdraw. It is a very practical program which collect some very crucial things together which makes your life much easier then to use office programs. It is also adding value at the presentations that you make. For important meetings the drawings, diagrams and tables seem very professional and this add great value to the presenter.

After downloading, it took me a few minutes to understand the menus and functions, but with in 45 minutes I had drawn a site layout and was printing it.

Very simple program to use.

A very good program would recommend it to other companies. Just me, I would like to see more already done business, restaurant plans. It also helps me to add another dimension to client proposals and get reports with the minimum of effort.

I've used Smartdraw for several years and I find it incredibly useful in producing a variety of systems and process charts for Business Process Analysis projects I run for my clients.
The simplicity and flexibility of Smartdraw, together with the excellent integration with Office, means I can include high quality diagrams in reports with the minimum of effort.
My clients love them - and, in turn, I love Smartdraw!
I've just reviewed whether to continue with Smartdraw or move to an alternative. Smartdraw won the day.

Intuitive, plenty of templates, easy to use, and adds another dimension to client proposals.

Smartdraw is just simply, practical and everyone can find beautiful and very profesional charts to use. I like specially the new infographics and, of course his very large library of icons and symbols.

I can add so mucha features like tabs, connecting points to reate your owns shapes and son on. The service is very good (I started to use Smartdraw in 1999!), I recommend SD everywhere, all of the books I was write have at least one graph create on any of their versions.

SmartDraw is just that! It makes me look very smart and well prepared as a leader in my nursing organization. The tools are comprehensive and easy to use. I got the software when it was released and have updated it regularly. The staff are helpful and well informed. It is a great fit in any organization-Dr. Diann Martin, PhD, RN

SmartDraw is an excellent tool for multiple purposes from floor plans to organizational programs. It is easy to use and easy to correct if changes or mistakes occur. I consider myself a new beginner but foresee not only increasing my use but sharing this wonderful program with other department and offices
