Never got a chance to watch due to playback error on any and every 17000 channels. Asked for refund through PayPal, service rep told me refund was going through and to "go fck yourself r*tard piece of short" thanks guy I will later. Back to falcon tv I go

I have been trying for 3 days to get this service up and running. No response from this company at all. After reading the responses on this site, I am happy it existed. I did not lose any money yet. so will move on to another company.

The channels are great ! But it’s impossible to watch TV due to the buffering, you write them an email they get back you to very quick but the solution is the same, they tell you a whole bunch of hints to do and . You still can’t watch TV due to the buffering, it’s a joke please read the other reviews from here they are all true ! I have been trying to give them a chance to fix the problem but they have no idea ! Honestly is a waste of money

Scam scam scam.... Don't! No response, complete sham

This service is a SCAM. When I sent inquiries, before purchasing, to confirm that I could get the app on my fire sticks I was told that I could. The email I received, after paying 69.99$/yr, had little info/directions and several possible links to acquire the app. None worked on my Firestick, LG smart tv or Samsung smart tv. All links failed; "Error..." or "...Not Found". They promise full refund if you are not satisfied, within 30 days. I requested a refund within 72 hrs and I'm still trying to get my refund over 2 months later. All you get is generic/automated replies. They use 3-4 template/BS replies and cycle through them. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CC INFORMATION! MY BANK IS INVESTIGATING.

I have had this subscription for around six months and although its not the best, it was OK at times. I have never been able to get any responce from anyone at Smarters regarding any of the problems I have had for example with buffering, slow connection and unable to watch sports at busy times, the reason why you buy these subscriptions, which are cheap, but not that cheap.
Six months in and now I have nothing, the app starts and I can navigate around the channels but nothing connects, all I get is the circle of doom and again, no answer from anyone at Smarters at all. Paid for twelve months, just about got six, read all the reviews, which are BAD for a reason and if you still think it's for you, don't say you have not been warned. This company should be reported and closed down.

Aways freeze, most times I can't see what I want. Very poor experience. Dont recomend to anyone. The worst iptv application. Useless.

Most of channels do not work. Used PayPal and got automatically charged for the 2nd month. Be very careful. No way to go into account and cancel even if it is a 1 month subscription

Really bad! Most of the channels does not work.

My dad has paid for this service for a gift to me he said he loves watching the adverts they run perfectly but that's it.
WARNING!!! If you suffer from high blood pressure I advise you to avoid, if you don't i'm sure you will after watching the white circle going round constantly

Do not subscribe! I am one of many that did not read the reviews first.There are different people that run this streaming service.I've had two. Both are trash!They do not answer your emails or have good customer support I had the guide for 2 hours then I could no longer get it. I am getting ready to tell them to refund my money because I've only had the service for 2 days. If they do not I will be putting in a dispute with my bank!

Do not deal with this site. They are nothing but thieves. When it does not work they do not reply and they do not refund money. I should have read these reviews and only paid with PayPal.

I should have check the review of this website unfortunately i also got scam please dont try to subscribe or your money will be gone hope the people who run this buisness get hit by a truck for scamming people

The chanels are lagging and stops working all the time.

The money back garantee is just bull#hit, haved tried contact them without any response.

Wish i found these reviews before ordering.
But hopes this helps someone else.

Not sure if I could give no stars, but I would if I could. I was unable to properly download the App as my Mac said it could be fake.
I applied for my money back a month ago, and still not received it.
Wish I’d read the reviews before purchasing what I thought came with a money back guarantee. Someone else has said they are fake and scammers. Quite agree.

Total scam, all fancy talk on the website, rubbish, sent many emails asking for a refund. Even though they promise 7 days money back guarantee. Do not send your money!!

Scam, get money and nothing in return. Both mail and phone number are non-functional.
