Worst airline I have ever travelled with and I have travelled extensively in Europe, North and South America, Asia, Australasia and Africa. Never have I had such appalling customer service from their administration staff. Our flight was cancelled with no notification and the 'Help Desk' was extremely slow to return our calls and emails, leaving us stranded for 3 days, and we had to make our own arrangements to fly home to Melbourne, I would not recommend this airline to anyone. I would like to however commend the cabin crew and airport staff on Lord Howe Island who were amazing.

Poor customer experience from start to finish. Avoid if you can.

If I could put a 0 star I would. I have booked a connecting flight with Smartlynx for my elderly mother through Cairns. I made the flights on the same day so she didn't have to worry about hotels and getting to and from the airport. I have just received an email saying that they have changed her flight to the next day. I have called them and they refuse to give her any support and said there is nothing they can do. I have had an absolute gut full of this company, as it is the ONLY airline that flies in and out of where we live they are continually doing this to their customers. If you can STAY AWAY from this company.

If I could give Zoro stars I’d done that. Delayed more than 14 hours on a flight from Berlin to Dubai back in October 2023. Tried to claim the EU rights compensation, but never heard a word from the company. After several mails and phone calls I’d contacted flightright.com and they took the case to court. The case was won in court, but still haven’t seen a cent! They refuse to pay the compensation they are obliged to. Never use the airline company.
