Software is not compatible to set up…
Software is not compatible to set up users ' restrictions. I was told I can set up office administrator with restrictive access. But that option is not available. It means you have to give full client database access to assistant staff. Not very useful if you are looking to expand the practice.
And there is no support mechanism.
The product is mis sold to me and now I am stuck for two years contract with them.
Please avoid this software.

A paid one has more flexibility.
