Updated review after my experience with customer service. The manual for my product wasn’t helpful when it comes to folding it up and down as shows inaccurate instructions. Customer service was prompt to email back however customer service over the phone was unhelpful. I was sent a video on how to do it via email but it definitely isn’t as seamless for folding up and down as the video makes it out to be, just be wary if purchasing specifically to travel.

I wish I had never bought this scooter. One of the wheels was faulty when I received it, and even after months of waiting and following up, nothing has been solved.
Their customer service is unprofessional and disrespectful — they truly don’t value their customers.

We are so grateful to Ira from SmarTrike for all her help and the effort she put into our case. We had some issues with the Australian distributor, which caused delays, and sadly the stroller didn’t arrive in time for our little one’s birthday. But thanks to Ira’s persistence and great customer care, everything was resolved smoothly, and the stroller arrived not on the Birthday but the very next day.
The product itself is fantastic – lightweight, compact, and perfect for travelling with a toddler. Our little one loves sitting in it and we love how easy it is to fold and carry.

I bought an open box smartrike breeze 3 trikes for my toddler, the 3 trikes was attractive, colourful, well made and easy to put together but it was missing the nuts to keep the rear wheels in place. I directly contacted smartrike customer service and asked for their help to get the missing part. Mace Vallo, a super customer support person took care of my issue, he asked more details and photos for the issue and he followed up with their warehouse, he reverted to me not to say that he found the missing part but surprisingly to inform me that he had already shipped the part to my address in Canada and provided the DHL tracking #. The part was received and was perfect fit. Thank you smartrike, thank you Mace because you made my toddler happy.

My daughter was recently gifted a smart trike for her birthday. Upon putting it together we realized one of the wheels was missing a cover part which was causing the trike to be unbalanced. We messaged smart trike about this and Mace helped us right away. A week later we were sent a new wheel and now the trike works perfectly!

I got in touch with Smart Trike to ask about some replacement parts for one of their trikes. Their customer service was super helpful and gave me all the info I needed to get the parts shipped to Italy. Their products are great, and so is their after-sales support (my trike is a few years old, but they still provided the parts I needed). Big thumbs up for how well they treat their customers!

I bought a Smartrike STR3 second hand, and realized too late it was missing the pedals. The previous owner insisted it wasn't delivered with any. Mace helped me get these, when I didn't think I can find these anywhere (looked online, went to the store where the trike was originally bought from, to a bike shop). Thanks a lot for the great customer service! I am really happy my daughter can enjoy her trike now.

My little boy loves his smartrike and it’s an added bonus it being able to fold to store and to bring along in the car.
Have bought several trikes for all of my children and can’t fault them.

We ordered a trike , it arrived dirty and damaged. There is no number to call to speak to someone about this and our emails to your "help" email address are just ignored outright and have been for days. Would definitely not recommend purchasing anything from this company.

Great company, great product.
I bought the SmarTrike str7 for my little boy for Christmas 2023. The item itself is well built and easy to put together, but unfortunately for us the brake kept coming on when we used it. I contacted the company, who gave me some instructions on how to realign the brake. Unfortunately, it didn't work, but when I contacted them again with a video and details of the problem they sorted it out straight away with a replacement trike, even though it was a good few months since we'd purchased it. Now, we have a perfect trike that is great to use and my little boy absolutely loves it. We couldn't be happier.
The trike is easy to fold, light to lift and nice and sturdy once in use. Even with the initial problems I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this product and company to anyone that wants a stroller type trike, that converts into a peddle trike. A*

Needed to replace the stroller bag as the stitching had ripped on the seam. Was able to contact and received prompt responses to my warranty inquiry. Company maintained contact during recent postal strike to ensure I did eventually receive my item which they had shipped on request. Stroller had 2 war warranty and was almost a year old so it was nice to be able to get the shopping bag replaced with no hassle.

We have a Smartrike xtend which our daughter loves! Currently used as a trike but looking forward to converting it to a scooter.
We had an issue with the trike. “Complete user error” nothing wrong with the trike/scooter.
I spoke with the customer care team and heard back within 24 hours with a solution. Had some bits sent to my address with in 5 days of contacting them.
Fantastic product and even better customer support. Big thanks to Aya for everything.

I order extended scooter for my son one side of the scooter was broken I emailed the customer service they agreed to send me another one but I have been waiting for more than 2 weeks very poor customer service when u email them they reply after few days very slow and disappointing service I do not recommend it and scooter not safe for 12 months old be careful when u buy it
We bought a 2018 model second hand and overall are happy with it but there were some teething troubles including that we couldn't keep it from unfolding when it was folded up. After searching for instructions which I found but for the more up to date model and looking on YouTube I reached out using their online form and got a reply quickly asking for photos and more details. I sent those and again got a quick reply explaining two of the issues and that it sounded like the third one (the folding) was due to age. The CS offered to see if a strap accessory to keep it closed was still available to buy and for €20 postage (not sure how much the item itself cost) but that prompted me to find an old luggage strap I had and used that instead.
It's still a good product but confusing in places and disappointing to have not aged well and to not have a brake, which would be useful but wasn't fitted on older models.
