WHAT A WASTE OF GOOD MONEY

I received only half my order. (Embroider stitch book kit) the embroidery bag contained thin sewing cotton, not embroidery threads, no use at all. The little book was too small to embroider (the one on the internet was probably done using textas, the loose pages poor quality material, printed too dark for threads to hide, and no instructions whatsoever as to how to do the embroidery, so no use for a beginner at all. What a waste of $99. Should have read the reviews first and saved my money.

The item arrived a day late after being reported recieved. The vendor was concerned enough to follow up on the order with great care to ensure we got it despite being a day late. They done their best which was no fault by them or I would have given a 5 star.

I asked customer service what was the procedure to return the product and get a refund.
I was advised that I would get a refund and no need to return the product.
Problem settled with just one email.

Great customer support service

My order was initially doubled when I first submitted it online. When I tried to cancel, it had already been shipped. Klaus from support contacted me and offered some remedies. I decided to wait until the product arrived. I was happy with the product so chose to keep both of them. Klaus was very quick to communicate with me, offer remedies, and wait patiently until I decided what I wanted to do. I am very satisfied with the product and the support I received.

Bought the drain mat& didn't like it at 1st

Bought the drain mat& didn't like it at 1st, didn't drain on it's own. I had thought it would drain with thr help of gravity. It is designed to be lifted once the item(s) placed on it have drained & put away. It fits the space i have available perfectly.

I ordered two jar openers toward the end of January, if I had known this was "coming" from China I would have not ordered them. I received a tracking number, when I checked it it said the merchandise had been delivered near or in my mail box. Never arrived. I contacted the customer service site, the reply was it was delivered. Not to me.

Battery powered 12 inch snow shovel

I purchased the battery powered Snow shovel. The handle pole was not assembled properly, so there was no way to keep the pole from separating. I reported the defect to customer service and Kaus refunded the full purchase price that I charged to my credit card. I’m very happy with how the problem was remedied. Thank you very much.
