The content is great! The biggest improvement would be to have an actual person lead the lessons—especially the ones on eloquent speaking or communication. Listening to AI voice loses the punch.

Hidden behind rigid terms and zero customer support

Do not trust this company. Their billing system is predatory. I barely touched the app (less than 20 minutes of total use over 3 months) and requested a fair refund for the months I didn't use. Customer support completely ignored the lack of usage and refused to provide any service or flexibility. They just hide behind their terms to keep your money. Terrible customer care and completely unhelpful.

Really enjoying it so far
I'd to see more graphics while things are being explained. A still shot of an image for 2-3 minutes is not engaging and I start thinking about my to-do list mid way through

Like it a lot

Like it a lot. The lessons approach important topics and the stories are relatable. Short lessons is a plus.
3 suggestions for an improved experience:
1) it would be even better if you could configure it to automatically jump from one session to the other
2) when we finish a lesson or reopen the application it goes to the first lesson when it would be preferred to the last one finished
3) we have a survey in the end of each lesson which is a bit overwelming. Maybe change it to have it at the end of a section to make it lighter?

The app is definitely great at it's work but only and biggest flaw is pricing of the subscription which is too much high

Great customer service!

I tried this app on a whim being that the ads were very clever and it made sense at moment. Unfortunately it wasn't for me and I totally forgot to unsubscribe after awhile and ended being charged. I reached out to their customer service and I must say their prompt response was a pleasant surprise! Nikki was able to refund my credit card and was so polite and positive!
