Took two months to get my subscription…

Took two months to get my subscription canceled that I didn’t even sign up for to begin with . They finally took care of it the second month I raised hell .

Wanted to learn electronics but their interface is not intuitive and does not always function as they describe which is very frustrating. The challenge should be learning the new skills and knowledge not wrestling with the app. They do have very responsive customer service.

Be mindful of possible hidden subscription

I was confused and angry about how I had ended up in a repeat subscription situation for 3 months out of the blue. I cancelled the subscription immediately and contacted via their help email. Nikki was very helpful in their accounts dept and refunded immediately. I cannot recommend the app as I haven’t used it but I can highly recommend their customer accounts team for rectifying the situation so swiftly - thanks Nikki
