I had a very frustrating experience…

I had a very frustrating experience with SMB Solicitors in Ilford. My case was supposed to be completed within three months, but it ended up taking around six to seven months.

The main issue was the lack of communication. It was extremely difficult to reach them — they rarely answered phone calls, and I was often left waiting without any clear updates. Most of the time I was simply told “it will be done soon” or “in the next few days,” which kept getting delayed again and again.

Although my work was eventually completed, the process was unnecessarily stressful and time-consuming. The constant delays and poor communication made the whole experience very frustrating. I hope they improve their customer service and communication with clients in the future.

My experience with SMB London was appalling

My experience with SMB London was appalling. After several months, there was no evidence of any work actually being done. I was constantly fobbed off with excuses, while the expensive invoices poured in relentlessly. I was never provided with an estimate of costs; instead, I was given more excuses. Eventually, I was told it was my responsibility to repeatedly demand estimates.

The staff were rude and arrogant, ultimately proving themselves to be completely incompetent. Dismissing them became an ordeal in itself, and I felt as though I couldn’t get these people off my back. They were worse than useless, and when I finally rid myself of them, I was in a much worse position than when I first contacted them.

Since then, I have heard the most dreadful stories about this company. This is my honest and lived experience with SMB London. I would advise that you avoid them at all costs.

Exceptionally poor

I have found their approach to be exceptionally poor and their business skills are incredibly outdated.
Documents that they repeatedly presented looked like something they had faxed over from the 90s.
In particular I have found their solicitor Jonathan Ebsworth to be an embarrassment.
From what I have seen poor quality is endemic in this business as both Maninder Gill and Razi Mireskandari have also been woeful.
This is my personal experience and honest opinion. You may have a different one.
