Avoid this company like the plague. My order got stolen from the doorstep Evri have confined this & they still won’t refund me!!! Last 3 emails have been ignored. Reporting this company in every way possible.

Excellent service from the team at Smiggle Livingston and special shout out to Gale in assisting with a replacement lid after my daughter broke hers (twice!).
Definitely be returning to Smiggle for future bottle requirements!

Smiggle walkie-talkies lasted barely two weeks. Changed batteries twice, then one simply stopped turning on, the other made a screeching sound when it was turned on.

Do NOT buy their stupid spritz water bottles, no matter how much your kid bugs you for one! I gave in to the pleas of my daughter and bought her one for Christmas. The plastic lid split after one drop and broke altogether after a second (so by the end of February it was useless). Now you might think “well, that’s what happens to kids water bottles. Just replace the lid 🤷🏻‍♀️”) but of course Smiggle don’t sell replacement lids, presumably because they know they’re rubbish and just want you to fork out another £20 for the whole bottle instead. Well NO, Smiggle, I will NOT. In fact I shan’t be purchasing anymore of your overpriced, poor quality products 😡

Ordered two items , lost by Evri delivery , declined to send sgain as express delivery so missed the birthday . Terrible customer service . Never use evri as a delivery company.

Ordered 2 stainless steel bottles of line for my children. Both came, no problems at all. My sons bottle however has had several issues (kept losing the little seal, lost straw, bottle top split open)

Communication with Smiggle has been clear and friendly, offering solutions instantly for each occasion I made contact and offering to send replacement parts quickly to resolve the issues I had. They have now sent a full replacement of the product due to the lid coming apart.

Laura and Lauren have both dealt with my contact professionally, with absolute kindness and support for each issue faced.

Excellent customer service from these 2 and a fantastic quick resolution.

I ordered a drinks bottle and a food flask for my daughters birthday. Whilst the bottle is lovely, the flask is leaking. To our great disappointment, I had to pay to return faulty goods! That's absolutely appalling if I am honest and I would never order from this company again for this reason!

Purchased a school bag in July. My child started using it in September. It has now started to come apart after the seems and Smiggle refuse to do anything as its over 6 months old. This bag is only used for a lunch box and drinks bottle so shouldn't have broken! Keep your money and go elsewhere. Their items are not fit for purpose and their customer service is shockingly poor.

Was worried about the delivery but I still went ahead and ordered and my school bags were delivered to the detail . Thanks so much.

I ordered a backpack and keyring for my daughter. I was emailed the following day saying the backpack had gone out of stock and they refunded me the cost of this but proceeded to send me just the keyring which cost £3 and charged me £5 delivery for this. I asked to cancel the order or to have a refund for the postage which was refused. I was told it wasn’t their fault the item went out of stock after I had ordered it and I will still have to pay the original postage, even though it cost more than the item being delivered. The woman I spoke to online about this was really rude and unprofessional. I felt she was purposely being as unhelpful as possible. It’s a shame because my daughter loves that shop but I won’t be buying from them again out of principle.

Lynne at the Glasgow Store is an absolute credit to the company. Customer service from both girls in the glasgow store was utterly amazing and i couldn’t thank them enough. Went completely above and beyond today and i just wanted to give special thanks ☺️🥰

I made an online purchase on a Monday, had an email saying it was despatched on the Tuesday. 4 days later it was still waiting to be given to evri. I got in contact on the Saturday and after seeing reviews on trust pilot I began to doubt I'd see my package but low and behold I had an email back on the Monday morning and my parcel was delivered on the Monday also. Just in time for Christmas so my son will be thrilled. Thank you so much

Had an issue with a Christmas delivery that was lost, I emailed and Conor Graham got in touch with me and got my nieces Christmas presents delivered to her in time. He is our Christmas angel! Thank you so much Conor!

If I could give 0 I would. First delivery ordered on 9th for Christmas and still not arrived they sent another on 16th apparently next day delivery (1-3 days) guess what that one has gone missing too! Will be reporting them to trading standards as I do not believe they have sent any of them and are just scamming customers out of money - fraudulent overpriced rip off customer service is non existent

Absolute rubbish organisation, Evri lost my parcel twice, customer service are liars and total idiots reading from a script from a foreign country.
Seriously these people haven’t got a clue, ordered from eBay instead

Do not order online from Smiggle, they use Evri (Every delivery is lost), the worst delivery company in the UK. Ordered goods 2 weeks ago, nothing received and they dont care that its Christmas. Customer service just read form a script knowing they are are not being truthful when saying the order is on its way and will be delivered. Great shops and product, should not sell online unless they switch to DPD for deliveries.

Simply appalling - rude staffs - ill mannered.

Very appalling customer service. I should have come to read the reviews here before ordering from them. They don’t apologize for their mistakes and clearly don’t care what anyone is saying about them. Just a matter of time before they go under.

I have been in contact with Laura at Smiggle who has been an absolute star. A parcel has been lost/ missing/misplaced by a delivery company who gave every excuse and false promises with regards to delivery. I finally contacted Laura at Smiggle Customer Service and as soon as I emailed she was right on the case and came up with a couple of options.
I can't thank LAURA enough.

Had a great experience at Smiggle Hull. Didn't have a rucksack my daughter was after for Christmas. There wasn't going to be any further stock of it either. The lady in store was so helpful and managed to find one in a different store and it got brought to the Hull store for me to collect. Staff went above and beyond.
