They have harassed me for nearly a year for a payment that they finally acknowledged I did not owe. It was a clerical error that they made, I was humiliated on a number of occasions and made to relate my private income in front of a full waiting room. Had no apology. Good riddance

Terrible practice, I would never return.

Spent more time arguing with me then providing any actual help, we all know how nerving it can be to have work carried out on your teeth. It's important to feel comfortable and content, not having to argue about your treatment.

They wanted to fill and remove teeth that I had no pain and or problems with and that I was happy not to touch, and leave the rotting teeth causing me pain and issues in there!
Eventually when I finally begged and pleaded enough through his arguing that nothing was wrong with my capped tooth, it was discovered that it had a file left inside and had rotted and decayed the length of my tooth upward, it was horrendously decayed. He then send me a letter saying I was rude and would not see me again.

My attitude is, there your teeth if you don't want a treatment you don't have to have it, also if your in agony with a tooth you should not have to argue and plead to have it pulled.

Both the dentists I see were unskilled, rude, ignorant and arrogant.
Certainly not the service I hope for when having someone working with my teeth.

Worse Dentist I have ever had the pleasure to deal with, my partner was having his teeth done and half way in to his treatment reception keep called him for payments. When he started his treatment on his teeth they made a big mistake on his treatment and had to start again. Even when he was in meetings they would constant call for payments. Reception was rude don't listen and over talk all the time. Would not recommend them to anyone and wish he never went to this place called Smile Dentist dis honest people.
