Authentic Experience – Highly Recommended!
I’m honestly so happy I went with this clinic. Even before I arrived, the support from my advisor was top-notch; he took all the pressure off and made me feel like I was in safe hands from day one. The airport transfer was also super smooth—it was a bit hectic at the meeting point because so many people were being picked up, but the drivers were always on time and really friendly.
Once at the clinic, everything was super professional. What I liked most about the doctor was his honesty. He didn't just say "yes" to everything; he actually explained the risks and what makes sense long-term, which showed me he actually cares about the result and not just the money. The surgical team was also amazing. At first, I was a bit skeptical because they looked pretty young, but they worked so carefully and smoothly that I literally fell asleep a few times during the surgery.
When I had a small concern about one side the next day, the doctor handled it perfectly. He understood right away, and we fixed it with a quick follow-up. Also, a big shoutout to my translator on-site who was super patient and explained everything three times just to be safe. It really felt like a well-coordinated, professional team. Total recommendation!

The whole process is very professional. There's a detailed pre-surgery description about what to expect and how to get ready. Tour to the clinic is very organized and every patient is provided with a special care. As well the recovery period is deeply monitored and supported by mentors. However what's the most important for me is the effect itself. I'm not bold anymore and I would've repeated it if I had to!

I had an excellent experience with Smile Hair Clinic from start to finish. Everything was very well organized — airport transfer, hotel, and appointments — which made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
I had 4000 grafts done, and the procedure was much easier than I expected. I honestly felt no pain, and the medical team was very professional, reassuring, and attentive throughout the entire process. They explained every step clearly, which really helped me feel comfortable.
What really stood out to me was how accommodating and responsive they are. At one point, I had a bit of bleeding and even though I was only supposed to come back the next day, they asked me to come in immediately just to be safe. They took care of me the same day and again the following day — that level of attention and care is rare.
The follow-up is very personalized, and the team is always available and quick to respond, which is very reassuring after the procedure.
So far, I’m very happy with the results, and everything looks great. I highly recommend Smile Hair Clinic to anyone considering a hair transplant.

The process was very professional and well organised. Everything ran very smoothly. The airport transfer, the hotel and the on-site service were excellent. The aftercare via WhatsApp and the very friendly staff are also something I rate very positively. One thing I would improve is the consultation with the doctor on the day of the surgery. It felt a bit too brief — there wasn’t much of a sense that the individual patient was being truly addressed. This is a very sensitive matter, and a more personalised, reassuring approach could help take away the patient’s anxiety and make them feel more at ease. Honestly, I would come back! 😊

From the moment I arrived at the airport until the last day of my post‑operative care, my experience with the clinic was impeccable. I was welcomed by an extremely attentive team who took care of every detail of transportation, accommodation, and preparation for the procedure.
At the clinic, everyone was professional, clear in their explanations, and genuinely kind in the way they treated me. The surgery went perfectly, and the post‑operative follow‑up exceeded my expectations — they were always available, responded quickly, and made sure I felt safe at every stage. Smile hair clinic!!
I have just returned home from having my hair transplant at smile hair clinic. From the minute I made contact via WhatsApp the service has been fantastic. From airport/clinic transfers, hotel and procedure. The procedure itself took around 6 hours , I arrived at the clinic at 7.50am and left the clinic around 3.00pm. That’s with a 30 minute lunch break and a post op debrief for around 20 minutes. The whole procedure went exactly how they said it would do. The morning after I was picked up to go back to the clinic for a check up and wash. I left the following day, even that day the clinic were checking up on me via WhatsApp to see how I was. I would highly recommend smile hair clinic to anyone who is wanting a hair transplant. I am very early days into having mine so the end result is a long way away. But I can’t recommend this clinic enough. Please leave me a comment if you have any questions or need any advice.

Amazing Experience. Would recommend to anyone considering a Hair Transplant
After a year of consideration for hair transplant, a lot of research, and a referral from a friend who had his transplant done, I went with Smile Hair Clinic and am very happy I did.
The package included shuttle to and from the airport, hotel, and clinic.
I landed in Istanbul on a Thursday afternoon and was heading back home on Saturday afternoon.
The hotel was 5 star and very luxurious.
The shuttle was a Mercedes Sprinter.
The communication with the clinic for months in advance was through Whatsapp. I had a lot of questions. They provided answers, and most importantly assurance.
The staff was beyond friendly and communicative. I always felt well informed about what was going on.
The medical team were professional and caring.
The guest services team made sure I felt comfortable and that I was up to date throughout every stage of the process.
As soon as the surgery was done, I was walked into a lunch room where they served me a hot meal. There was a guest services representative waiting there for me and talking me through next steps and ready to answer any questions I had.
After the surgery, I was given a carepack with all the necessary products for long term care.
The day after surgery, I went in for the next day checkup and sat in a classroom style waiting room where they went through everything we could expect over the next 18 months, showed us how to use the products we had been given, and answered questions we had.
I ended up buying a 1yr supply of Finasteride and Minoxidil topical mix for £300 at the clinic. They very much recommended it and it makes a lot of sense.
The same night after the surgery and then again when I got home, the communication and support continued via a Whatsapp thread. Regular communication about what I should be feeling and check ins to see if I am ok. Check ins are done in a warm and friendly tone.
This review is written 4 days after surgery.
