Bei aware of a big scam with this company!!!
We booked for 9 days parking in the hall. At Check-in we were told to drop our keys and vehicle registration but didn't want to, because at Trustpilot there was often mentioned that cars were damaged and the company didn't take the cost for repairs. At the end we were forced to pay five times the amount.
Many others had the same problem, maybe this is part of the business model of the company...

Don’t use this parking they charged us 200 euro extra for a week just because we didint left keys to pier car , today they told us “ you have expensive car so you can afford 200 euro

I strongly advise against using this service.
I trusted Smile Parking with my Tesla, expecting a professional service — but the entire experience was a disaster.

➡️ When I picked up my car, I discovered visible damage on the front right door and rear bumper. An official damage report (Reklamační protokol) was filled out on site, and I was told they would get back to me quickly.
It’s now been over two weeks, and I still haven’t received any response, despite several follow-ups.

➡️ I had also paid for both interior and exterior cleaning, but the car was returned dirty, clearly without any cleaning having been done.

➡️ Finally, I had asked for the car to be fully charged before pickup.
The day before my return, I had to call them urgently because they had forgotten to charge the car.
In the end, I received my Tesla with only about 60% battery, barely enough to get home.

Very poor communication, lack of professionalism, and no accountability.
If you care about your car, avoid this company.
