I ordered the tooth cleaner on 21st October and have never received it though payment taken via PayPal. I contacted them on Manchester number and told would receive it. Have raised my concerns with PayPal and Trading Standards.
Would advise people not to order from them! 😞

I ordered a sonic cleaner and whitening kit yesterday morning I haven’t had any confirmation and £48.99 pending on my MasterCard, I messaged Smile Society yesterday to ask about estimated delivery and to say I hadn’t received any confirmation, I got a reply saying text sent at 10.38 to confirm order, I replied and said I hadn’t got the text and asked for this to be resent and have had no reply, after reading reviews I have messaged again to say to cancel my order and I have received a message saying all orders will be dispatched over the next few days and sorry for the delay I am not holding up much hope after reading other reviews I think it may be a scam !

Having read the reviews today and I myself still waiting on delivery after payment has been taken I’m in shock as this is definitely a scam website.
The digital agency that run their account no contact and no return calls . The number you call to place an order 01204 208196 also don’t return calls . The website they tell you to go to do not respond .
I have sent an email to the media agency so far no response .
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ITS A DEFINITE SCAM .

This scam has a address in deansgate manchester. When lockdown lifted will be paying it a visit. Ordered a month ago. Same response everytime. No product

Can’t leave a zero star. Like everyone else payment has been taken but no goods. I went direct to the web address rather than through Facebook. Thought it was strange when I went back on the website a few days later to check progress of order and absolutely no log in page which set off alarm bells. I have emailed twice and got the same automated email reply. THIS IS A SCAM. DO NOT ORDER.

I ordered on 28th October 2020 and like the other complaints I received automated replies, now nothing. This is definitely a scam !! I have today seen it on Facebook so they are still advertising. I have threatened the ombudsman and the newspapers with them and still no response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS
COMPANY !!

I ordered from this company 26/10/20,
I've had no delivery of ULTRASONIC TOOTH CLEANER which I paid £24.99 for.They have taken payment but not received item, I've requested refund but I'm not receiving any response now, not even auto messages.
I've contacted them numerous times and received automated emails.
I have complained to FB and marketing company.
Since complaint SMILE SOCIETY have stopped advertising, but 4 hours after now advertising under new company name and logo, but same order form platform and very similar advertising .
I've questioned "new" company but they deny all knowledge.

Ordered through Facebook advert three weeks ago. Still waiting. They replied to my two emails stating they will keep me informed when despatched. Do not order from this company.

It took a month to arrive, but it did!
So not a scam, but badly organised & communication.

DO NOT order from this company. It's a scam. Ordered mine on the 26th October and not received anything. Emailed for a refund and had a response saying they will let me know when my order had been posted. Nothing. Emailed again and nothing.

Scammers. Ordered from them. Order never received. No response to emails.
Paid via paypal so I raised a dispute. Awaiting refund.

Ordered 30th October, not received. No reply from email. Will be disputing as used PayPal.

Order placed on 25th October 2020 with 5 x days delivery. Order has not arrived and I have had no response from the linked email address.

Ordered item never came they ignoring all my emails, not happy🤬I've sent numerous emails to them.

I received news, "Due to popular demand" blah blah... out of stock will send when more in stock. So long passed I've moved. Requested refund but not responding to my requests. Scam!

Ordered from Smile Society 2 weeks ago. Order not yet received. Have had no response from my emails.
