This place has gone out of business. Website certificate expired on 31st Jan, and another reviewer has actually been to their premises - there's a bailiff's note on the door. If you purchased via Living Social, Groupon or Wowcher, they should sort your refund (Living Social sorted mine) and if you paid postage directly to Smiley Hippo as I did, you can try to claim back via your means of payment provider - I'm currently pursuing a PayPal refund via the Buyers Protection scheme. If you paid via credit card, the provider may be able to help. Sorry for the bad news.

Awful service. I bought a
Voucher through Wowcher and placed my order on the 17th December. It is now 6th Feb and I have still not had my order. I have emailed them 3 times and no response. The website now seems to be down. Absolute con artists.

Been waiting for my Photobook since early December last year. Finally received a reply to one of my numerous emails on 8th Jan from Director Mark advising: "Your order has now been printed and is nearly completed, it will be sent from us just a soon as we possibly can". Its now 5th Feb and still no photobook. I've tried to reach out again but No Reply.

DO NOT ORDER FROM SMILEY HIPPO!

I purchased a calendar for a Xmas gift through Wowcher at the start of December and it should have arrived before Xmas but it didn't. I emailed but got nothing back. In the new year, I emailed again, still no response. I then sent another email a week later and got an instant reply back from the Director with very poor spelling and grammer. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited another 2 weeks. Still nothing. Emailed again, nothing. Waited another week and emailed again, nothing. Went back to express my disgust at this service to Wowcher, who then emailed them on my behalf and still nothing back. You can't even get on their website! Dodgy company who are to be avoided at all costs! I believe that I will never get my gift and will never, ever order from this company again.

I couldn't be more disappointed with the service provided by this joke of a company. I put my order in at the start of December for a Christmas gift. It still hasn't arrived and it is now the 30th of Jan 19. My calls and emails have been ignored. The only response I have had was a blanket email from their 'director' Mark. When replying to the 1st one, he thought it was wise to just send the same again.

Please, please, please don't order from these criminals.

Apparently smiley hippo have gone bust but are still taking people’s money

Smiley Hippo, 2M Print, are in Liquidation. If you want to contact a Director, they are shown on Companies House, and telephone directories can give you their numbers. I've tried speaking to one of the Directors, but they don't want to know!

Ordered 5 calendars before Christmas from Smiley Hippo and I am still awaiting delivery. No correspondence from them at all please AVOID!.

Wowcher have finally taken off their web page the promotion for Smiley Hippo after me pointing it out what everyone was saying numerous times. I have received a voucher from Wowcher for my 5 calendars but lost my postage of £9.99.

Next time I will be checking out feed Back before I order.

worst company i have ever come across with. placed my order in December with a promise that my order will be delivered before christmas but still nothing. They don't answer phone calls or emails. Very bad company.

Not only have I not received my order placed 12/12/18, but my emails are unanswered and phone calls get no response! Have they gone out of business?

2M Printing (Smiley Hippo's Company House name) is still active at Company House.

Hopefully they haven't gone under. I spent days creating our annual family photo book over Christmas and still have not received it. Last year's photo book from Smiley Hippo was brilliant. So disappointed with the company this year.

Still keeping my fingers crossed that I receive my book at some point.

Same as every one else really ordered a photo book at the end of November. Chased and got a 10.00 voucher to use on smiley hippo!!! Still chasing calendar or refund. As an ex debt collector I would surmise that they have gone bump going on co house to check. Stay clear of this company!!!

Does anyone know what official body/organisation in UK we can report/complaint about this fraudster company, which scammed us all?...
Ordered a Photobook on 24/12. Over a month has past already, and I still haven’t received the order.
No responses to my repeated emails.

Ordered a photobook with guaranteed christmas delivery on 12th of december.
Its now january 26th and still no delivery!
No replies from the company and no answer on the phone number provided.
Disgusting customer service.

Do not use this company. I ordered 5 calendars on 10/12/18 and have still not received them. I have emailed on numerous occasions to be told they had a problem with their printers and that they would be sent out. Contacted wowcher directly so hopefully this will be resolved with a full refund.

I ordered 5 calendars beginning of December. No replies to emails no answer of phone calls. Then found a number on a forum, tel:01603%20408153 and MARK answered. He said company had a lot of people of sick so had a backlog of work. I then RECEIVED an EMAIL from them stating the same thing. Adding that my calendars had been printed and would be sent out soon. That was 3 weeks ago and still no Calendars!!! Have since found out thru reading posts that they have shut down. Money rubbing CaNTS

I am another member of the public who has been stung by this company. In reply to refunds I have been in contact with trading standards. They have said i am within my rights to compensation and my money back! I have been told to write a LETTER and send it RECORDED DELIVERY if they don't respond then they will take it either for me. Anyone want to do the same thing?

I ordered 5 calendars through the Wowcher site which haven;t been delivered. SmileyHippo haven't returned emails or are not picking up the phone so I presume the rumors that they have gone out of business are true. I have spoken to Wowcher and they have emailed them directly. They said if they don't come back to them within 3 working days they will refund me the money. Feel sorry for the people who have ordered direct with this company.
