This is my go to place for excellent prices on yarn. The order is always correct and it arrives in a timely manner. You can't beat the prices on name brand yarn, I order frequently and will continue to do so.

This store is everything you could ever want from a store. They have great prices and even better they have a great sale every month that allows you to buy one yarn even less expensive than their already great prices. Even more important than the great prices, they have the best customer service I have ever experienced. It is easy to place your order online. You receive your order quickly. I have ordered from them a LOT, because I buy yarn for charity knitting, and in all of those orders I have never once had a problem. The order is always correct and always receive quickly. One time I did need to contact them for a problem that was of my own making. I placed a large order and before it arrived we experienced a family emergency that would take me away from home for a few days. I was afraid someone might steal that large order from my porch if it was delivered while I was away, so I sent a message asking for help rescheduling it. I immediately got a call back from a man that I believe was the owner, and I told everyone afterwards that I could see why the store was called Smiley's, because you could hear the smile in his voice. He had the most jovial nature, and he helped me resolve the problem with laughter and fun. It is rare nowadays to find the kind of customer service you will get from Smiley's Yarn Store, especially from a company that has such great discount prices any way. I can't rave about this company enough. It quite honestly might be the best store I have ever done business with. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed!
