I am close to completing a property auction purchase. I purchased this pre auction. I have only purchased the property due to the strong negotiation and persistence from Annette Shelley who is the Auction Manager. Without Annettes intervention and immediate understanding of the situation of both the buyer and seller we would not of agreed the purchase.

This is the first auction property I have ever purchased. Annette made the process easy for me.

Thorough and well written RICS Homebuyer survey completed for me which highlighted defects that I was unaware of. It helped me to get a reduction of the purchase price to take these into account. Highly recommend them.
