Both the shop staff in Norwich and the on-line crew are helpful, friendly and very efficient. Amazingly speedy email response time. I'm a novice vaper and began with a very basic kit bought elsewhere, but the shop staff persuaded me to try a Bottom Coil clearomizer and then their own Smokshop/Hangsen ejuice and I've not looked back... Products are really good value and excellent quality.

This store has amazing deals. As well as a wide variety of vaping products, mods, ejuices and accessories for hard to beat prices. They seem to have great customer service as well from my dealings with them. A+

What a great service! I have placed an order overnight but Paypal somehow gave them one of my old addresses. I realised it and contacted them via email to which they responded and sorted it out immediately! I wish I could get the such a service from companies I am spending thousands on every year (mobile, broadband, energy etc). I would give 10 stars if I could!

I've been using smokshop now for over a year and although I've had a couple of hiccups usually involving my paypal address being wrong they have always been helpful in solving the problem. My liquids and products always arrive next day even with 1st class post and they have a massive range of options, this is the best shop by far I have used in the last 3 years.

I've used Smokshop for a couple of years now and they always have the best prices and the service is exceptional. Speedy delivery, good products, best prices, what more could you ask?

They stock in my opinion the best cartomizer available being the smoktech mega dual coil. Always have good stock levels and a wide selection of products. Delivery has always been speedy and they answer questions through email promptly.
Can't get fairer than that.

Ordered 4 bottles of e liquid they did arrive very quickly but packaging was poor every bottles seal was broken and leakage into the poly bag!!! Unusable thrown in bin won't use this company again...

I think Smokshop are great! I've only bought liquids from them as I already had my e-cig when I discovered them and have had no need to replace it but I've been buying my liquids from them for about a year now and have no complaints whatsoever. They have a fantastic choice of liquids at very reasonable prices. The service is second to none, with standard delivery being £1 whatever the order and it usually arrives within a day or two at most. Their communication is brilliant - they reply pretty much immediately to emails with any queries. One little suggestion I would make is that it would be nice to read a little more about the taste of the liquids in the description and perhaps be able to review each one as a customer (as some other sites do) but that is in no way a criticism, merely a suggestion. I would recommend Smokshop to anyone and won't be going anywhere else for my liquids in the foreseeable future :)

I've shopped this site many times now, don't be afraid of their low prices! In fact one of the cheapest I've found if you factor in delivery and £/ml on their eliquids. Normally arrives next day. One time it didn't, I'm not sure what the cut-off time is for next-day delivery but it would be nice to know, but because of a late delivery I'm sorry Smokshop you only got 4/5!

Can't comment on customer service or returns because I've never needed it.

I have made 2 orders from here so far and both have arrived very quickly with no issue at all.

first order was for a 510 Chrome Angled Drip Tip Adaptor as after buying 2 boxmods I needed an angled tip but I'm not fond of the knucklehead type ones. Second order was for 2 batteries after I purchased the Itazte VTR from another vendor (batteries much cheaper here) I purchased 2 batteries here for the same price as 1 cost on another site so definitely got it right. Look forward to further use in the future.

Very easy to use site and has quite a good selection of mods available from beginner to more experienced vaper.
