Welcome to the Smok Scam. A constant product evolution replacing decent performing devices with crumbier more expensive ones, making much of the hardware they’d sold before obsolete. Also should your Smok product fail most vape stores will say you are on your own.

Smok says they cover their mod’s, if you do all the legwork. My shop said I should mail my brand new $65 dollar mod, that died in a less than a WEEK, to them and hope they decide to replace it. A waste of money & materials!

Another unaccountable chinese company that reaps customer’s $$$ with zero loyalty to them. They don’t get it!

Bought a smok vape, lasted a month, if that! Leaks, tastes burnt, does not charge. Don’t bother buying there products.

Bought one of these at the basic level for £22. Thought I had found a bargain but from day one it leaked, the glass broke making it dangerous, the coils burn out too quickly and eventually it now will not charge.
Decided, through all the grief this machine has given me, that it might just be possible to pack in vaping all together now, so I guess that's a plus.

Used to like smok products but after the last two mods that both just stopped switching on after owning less than 2 months, I won't touch a smok device again, poor quality control on the coils, mods and tanks

I used to love SMOK devices, especially their tanks, my favourite being the V12 Prince & the MAG Mod. SIGH! Suddenly the build quality of their coils has gone downhill and my MOD has only lasted a few months until the battery compartment dropped out damaging two 18650s. The coils don't last long, even on a lower wattage & almost always leak I went back to my trusty ALIEN 220W mod with some fresh batteries AND nothing! It's as if their built to fail so you go out and buy more. Nah not happening.

Was really happy with the mod but … the tfv18 is that bad smoking is cheaper, I have YouTubed/talked to the place I brought it from and they won’t cover the stupid thing under warranty. tried every trick for it to stop leaking but nothing seems to work. Iv brought a pack of coils every week nearly , went through so much juice , my work truck even has a ac cooling cup holder to keep the thing cold. but still wants to leak hence why it’s cheaper to go fill up your v8 car and buy a pack of port royal then be dealing with this crap

Plug doesn't work at all leaks and you can't get it back in place. SUCKS

Don’t even want to give one star. Terrible customer service. Very disappointed…. They do not care about their customers

Dont waste your money on smok pens.
I've had two different models now and neither has lasted more than 6 weeks. Started with the stick V8, after 6 weeks its died, wont turn on & won't charge. Thinking I was just unlucky u got pen V2. I've had that just under 5 weeks now that's done same as the V8.
Will never buy smok again

Bought a vape mod from a retailer , within few weeks it knackered in and then I contacted Smok who first took 2 months to acknowledge and the the communication was absolutely terrible. After 3 months I got a response from SMOK who then sent me my replacement but In a different colour to the one purchased. AVOID AVOID AVOID as there are many other Vape mod manufacturers that are reliable and consistent with their customer service

Product came broke, customer support replies after two weeks and didnt solve anything.

Bad. Really bad. Tried 3 and they all failed within a month.

Bad product! I would not even give this product any stars but 1 star seems best. I bought 2 of these products one for me and one for my boyfriend. His worked one day and mine worked for 2 weeks they both died would not charge. I got the Solus kit. The pen leaks and you get a mouth full of liquid. I went out and bought a new vape pen and love it. It works so much better. I would never recommend this product to anyone. The smoke shops do not take these pens back after 24 hours. My new Caliburn A2 pod kit I would definitely recommend!

Bought a Smok Morph 2, eventually turned out to be a great machine....but the instruction booklet sucks, he'd to watch a YouTube video to figure out how to assemble it, make sure you tighten everything before putting fluid in it especially the coil. Batteries are hard to find, booklet says nothing about the 18650 batteries needing to be the flat type, wasted money on the wrong kind of batteries

All devices start out well, good performance across the range but anything other than nord coils are useless. 1 in every 5 or so last more than a week. The devices just don't last. After a few months, sometimes as little as 2 months, the device suddenly dies. They do seem good value on the face of it but paying £40 for a ecig that lasts 2-4 months on top of pods/coils and juice. Might as well go back to smoking.

Bought a nord 2. A couple months later it's battery is sh** and I'm within the warranty time, so I contacted customer service to get a replacement. They barely reply more than once every 2 weeks, and half the time I don't really understand what they mean. It's been over a month since I first contacted them. I still haven't gotten any sort of replacement or coupon to get my money back. This is ridiculous

I have always used Aspire vape kits but I saw the smok nord on Ebay bought it and what an amazing product it turned out to be have since bought s thallo kit omg vaping has never been so amazing to me thank you smok 5 stars from me kindest regards Elizabeth
