Good site, great promos, hard 2 win
Love the layout, the promotions, the 100 pound free bingo room is fab!! Although never wan in it haha, ticket prices can be expensive, I am not very lucky on this site but that's just me, I seem to be an unlucky person. The slots are brilliant fun, esp fluffy favourites! Hi Neil, I am sorry you are not enjoying the site. I am not sure why the numbers are not being marked off on your card as it should be automated. Did you raise the issue with the chat host while you were playing? If you click on the chat host name at the top of the chat box you will be able to directly message the chat host only.
In terms of re-deeming your points, next time you login you will be taken to the my account page. There will be a calendar on that page and below that will be three boxes. One box is to redeem points. Click on that one and you will be given the option to redeem as many points 1000pts = £1.
Could you also leave your Bingo alias please.
Hi Neil, how odd that one of the main buttons is not appearing on the My account page. Do you want to try and navigate from here http://www.smoochbingo.co.uk/skin/redeempoints.php and then login and see if that forces the button to appear. If you still get no joy on the points front can you contact a chat host within a bingo game and they will be able to help you more directly than I can on this platform. Thanks
