Delivery took a month!

While the product itself was good, the delivery took a month, and the order status remained "order confirmed" for almost three weeks. Furthermore, customer service did not respond to any emails. I initially suspected a scam before finally receiving my parcel a month later.

What I ordered was not what I ordered…

What I ordered was not what I ordered it was the wrong thing that was sent as a confirmation email
I tried making u guys a number of times to change my order before it got sent out with no reply which is very disappointing and frustrating
I will not be ordering anything else from you guys

My order was sent to the wrong address…

My order was sent to the wrong address and in the wrong state. I notified you straight away of the error and again followed up with another email and have still not had a reply from your company. Very disappointed with your lack of customer service.
