I used this service for several years very successfully. However have seen a dramatic decline in service with recent acquisition, and arbitrary changes in fee structure so that credits expire after a short time. No response to tech or account queries. Have had to move on to another provider.

The interface is extremely simple to use - intuitive.

Great customer service with quick come-back.

In addition, this company deserves a shout-out for putting themselves out for my organisation which has been using them to provide a Covid-19 related service.

We were going to replace Esendex with this. unfortuantely we have clients in Europe and it does not seem to support SMS outside the UK?

If you are UK only then fine. otherwise, not so much

I have been with SMS Broadcast for a few years and I find their service and pricing excellent, If you're looking for a reliable texting company then definitely consider these guys and if you need a little extra help their telephone and email support is 2nd to none.

Terrible interface. Does not remember message if you need to alter and resend to a number that you typoed. Doesn't do international either at least not the countries I have tried. Really basic unintuitive out of date design. Probably designed when windows 3.1 came out....

Yes a real client. Its a shame that smsbroadcasts approach isn't to make direct contact asking for feedback, but to try and have an uncomfortable review blocked.

Why not spend that time improving the product or engaging with clients? it would be better for us all.

I love this SMS service it is great value for money, easy to use, and I like having the convenience of use of a full keyboard.

I like the ease of use and the option to send multiple emails if needed

I am still on my free trial but will sign up soon. I have used this service because it is easier for me to send business SMS from my computer rather than my phone. Although the user-interface doesn't look too spectacular, the functional design is excellent and includes SMS-merge with name and number database, progress reports etc.
I can highly recommend!

SMS Broadcast offers a great service. I love the fact that I can type my message straight in with no messing - as if it was an email. And the whole system is so easy to use. Thank you

Texts service is excellent, easy to integrate into existing database using simple query string. SMS always delivered on time.

It just couldn't be easier, its cheap, works well, and takes you through the process very swiftly indeed.

SMS is a really old school service, but it is still used by everybody. SMS Broadcast is really easy to use and is successful everytime.

Easy to and freindly user however need more feature to manage my marketing.

I have just started using this service for my business and am thrilled. It is so easy to use and the costs are infinitesimal. Couldn't do without it now.
Saves so much typing time not doing it on my phone.
Highly recommended.

So far so good, although they don't have a UK based telephone number they responded to my email the next day and sorted the problem straight away for me. I even got a nice surprise discount on my first purchase! Will continue using and will definitely recommend. I would be nice to have a UK office though.

This website just makes your life so much more easier, easy to use instantly done and for businesses great results, can't get any better than this.

I ditched fishtext as 10% of messages just disappeared. After sending over 200 messages with sms broadcast, every one delivered instantaneously. The website is free of rubbish and operates instantly at all times. No spam no adverts just instant delivery every time.

Were now sending 3 times the amount of SMS messages, basically because of the SMSBroadcast pricing levels.
Very simple, and easy to use. Great communication from Support. I especially like the fact that Undelivered messages as re-credited. Great idea.
