I bought a 2014 Audi RS4 5 months ago

I bought a 2014 Audi RS4 5 months ago, had a full 160 point check, all good. lately the suspension seemed very bouncy, the car came with a 6 month warranty so i put it in the local audi dealers for a check, they came back with a £8.5K repair bill, said there was leaks on all 4 corners of the DRC dampers and all busher were past worn, warranty wont pay, garage said it was wear and tear, being an engineer i investigated more and the leaks had been going on for a considerable time, dur to the dirt build up around the areas where they had been leaking. what gets me is that the garage gave me the ticked off checklist for the car saying that everything was good but it clearly wasn't. I'm now speaking with solicitors to get this put right.
