Poor delivery service
Tried to deliver same time over three days at around 9am I was at work. Card said last attempt so I tried to contact courier to arrange delivery, card number didnt work. Sent message to Snackeroo to find out what to do. Still not received message from them. So no order. I get lots of parcels no problems usually.

Poorly wrapped
Poorly wrapped , soggy contents with most of order missing . Tried contacting custom service - no luck for past few days. Highly avoid this company as what was salvaged contents , are well out of date.

Hi Tracy, we'd look into this for you unfortunately we don't have any orders under the name listed on this review, nor do we have any emails from anyone by that name we can use to track down the order in question.
While we are behind on our customer service inquiries due to the Christmas rush, we do get to all our emails as soon as possible so I recommend emailing us with your order number and we can refund any damaged goods.
All our products have their BBE dates clearly listed on their product page, it is exceptionally rare that an out of date item is listed and in every case these items are clearly labelled with a "Clearance Special" sticker.
