Huge Let Down In Customer Service

Huge let down in customer service. I ordered an Express Shipping package but did not get it for over THREE weeks due to a "technical" error in the system. Upon informing the company of this, Snackwize offered to give me a full refund. However, I was not happy with just receiving the refund as I would still like to try the snacks and offered the company some options going forward to compensate for the inconveniences I experienced. Hence I sent another email. To my suprise, the second email does not get a response from the company for over A WEEK! The company could have sent me an email back discussing the options or can say they are not reasonable but a silent response is simply not professional, especially for first-time customers like me. I was having very good impressions upon this company and its visions but was left very disappointed from the poor customer service. Well after a week of no response, I sent an email demanding a full-refund as I don't want anything to do with this company anymore. To my dismay still, no email back, no apologies, simply an automatic text message from Snackwize saying that my order was refunded. Cold. Automatic and Silent.

The company might consider re-training some of its customer service agents. Not only did this experience prevent me from ever ordering from this company again (I'm a HUGE snacker), but I will unfortunately have to inform others about this.
