Service slower than the snails themselves…
I’m honestly really disappointed with my experience ordering from Snails4You. I placed my order on Tuesday and even paid £12.40 for express delivery, expecting a timely dispatch. Instead, it wasn’t sent out until Thursday—and only after I reached out to ask what was going on. I was told it would be dispatched immediately, yet it still took another three hours after that.
If a company offers express delivery, the bare minimum expectation is that orders are actually handled with urgency. Delays can happen, but the lack of communication and having to chase for something I paid extra for is frustrating and unprofessional.
For a business that’s literally named after snails, I guess I shouldn’t be surprised by how slow the service is—but charging for “express” service and then failing to deliver on it is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here if you expect anything to be handled on time.
