I had a very negative experience with Snap Finance. The total amount shown in my account for the 100-day payment option did not match the amount they later said was in the contract. I paid what the system showed on time, but I was still told I owed much more. The representatives and manager told me that only the contract amount was valid, even though the account showed a different payoff amount. I ended up paying much more than expected. I would recommend reviewing everything carefully before you start making payments.

I'd give negative stars if I could. To get rich off the backs of the desperate is absolutely wicked and shameful. I got stuck with this usury nightmare for vehicle repairs and 3500 turned into more than 6 thousand and I barely scrape by. Makes me sick to my stomach. You all should be ashamed. Point s tire in wilder Id. will also be getting a review but the only negative thing I'll have to say is that they utilize such an evil company.

I went through Snap because I needed to get the tires aligned as well as front brakes and rotors done on my SUV. I did everything on my end and was pre-approved for the amount that I needed to pay. Unfortunately I was never informed of the process taking five to seven business days for the transaction to go through. The merchant, Pep Boys, have had multiple failures dealing with the Finance company with customers and I'm the next in line. This will be moved up the chains and will never be recommended by myself or Pep Boys who will raise everything to all the higher ups. That's not how you do business for customers especially those who need help. I wasted most of my day and still didn't get the satisfactory results at the end. I better not see a lease agreement go through as I'm not using the product and will not pay a penny. Multiple calls back and forth getting to absolutely nowhere wasting my time and Pep Boys.

We have utilized SNAP Finance on at least four occasions. Unfortunately, we have never been able to take advantage of the 100 day incentive. However, we recently paid off a loan a few months early with the quoted "payoff amount" from the SNAP Finance APP, but was charged an additional payment the following day. We did contact SNAP Finance via Chat, and their explanation is unacceptable. The following statement was told to us. "We can see that when you made a payment on April 30, 2026, the payment scheduled for May 1, 2026, in the amount of $175.58, was already in transit. With that payment, the account was paid off". So,in other words, the payoff amount that we were given was inaccurate. The email that we received on April 30th, stating that we had made the "final payment" was inaccurate. As a "finance" company, you would think that the they would have the ability to construe that the payoff amount is not the REAL PAYOFF AMOUNT, but instead it is the PAYOFF AMOUNT after including your next regular payment. I guess paying SNAP Finance more than 200% was not enough. Application ID 2501180DZKAL
Also, the SNAP Finance APP does not allow the consumer to see historical data on a paid in full application. If it does, it is not easily found because we have clicked on everything regarding this closed application.
Your response is GENERIC. We provided the application number regarding this review. We have already chatted with a SNAP Representative. If you, SNAP are genuinely concerned, you'll look the Application number up to see that it belongs to a very loyal customer with the exact details in our review. I got 2 different loans. Thinking was with the same company/place. Turns out is two different “products”. You should merge all under one place. Offering the same products. No need to have two different apps and dealing with two different places.
