Can’t contact customer services, I paid extra for speedy delivery, the items not coming in the time frame quoted by snapfish. You click contact and you get a chat but that won’t connect you through to an agent or any other way of contact customer service. Never again
Photos are really poor quality
Photos are really poor quality, even photos I know to be of high resolution. Photos are badly cropped. Also loads of the bits of trimmed paper left in. Overall unimpressed!
They deleted my book that took me over…
They deleted my book that took me over 5 months to make. Sent me a completely blank book & then told me they could give me a credit to re start my book, they used to be good. Now they stink. No human to talk to. Much better companies out there
Rubbish customer service
Rubbish customer service, even worst product. No quality vontrol whatsoever. We just received our photos with heads cut out, our son's birthday photo with birthday cake cut out, etc. This is some Micky Mouse company, they refused refund and offered store credit instead, like we would use them again. Avoid them, it's a scam. They chuck your order to print without any checks so if you are unlucky you will get your photos without heads. They are cheap and now it shows why. Waste of time. Small claims court next.
No overly impressed
No overly impressed, I ordered some prints/photos as my daughter had recently used them and they looked nice. Wasn’t impressed with mine. One was ruined completely ( subject cut off at the bottom) and some were just poor quality. Wouldn’t recommend or use again. I will stick with clickprint in future
Flimsy
The photo tile I received was a clear photo but very lightweight and only two sticky pads at the top of the tile to attach to wall which doesn’t seem very secure. I’ve tried to use their chat service but they just keep asking me to send photos and I’m not taking it off the wall in case it won’t stick back on. Surely they realise they only have two sticky pads without needing a photo. I would like them to send me two more.
Don’t think I’ll be using them again or recommending them to family and friends.

Ordered a 5" x 7" photograph which was short on it's width, advised Snapfish who sent another FOC photograph which was also short on it's width. To quote Snapfish "Due to the unique and individual nature of our products, some deviations in size can be expected" .. it goes on "We need to emphasize that the sizes mentioned in our services are approximate and are provided as general guidelines" This basically means they might not fit your frames. Unbelievable.
Wrong address generated by the system!
The system reverted to the old address after checkout and I contacted customer support a dozen of times for changing it back to correct address. I was told it will be done in one hour, then another hour, then 24h, then another 24h, and STILL not done!!!! it's absolutely unbelievable!!!
The frame costing £79.99 was weak
The frame costing £79.99 was weak, the hangings were not attached and the details only mentioned they were included. The photo covering was not glass and it was a very poor plastic/perspex and this was not in the description stating anything, so one assumed it was glass at that price. The photo was warped. I spent over 30 minutes on their chat, the first person dropped off and having been told the 'next level' would continue with my complaint, nothing received via email so far. I have emailed feedback at snapfish-llc.com. Let's see what transpires!!
Never received order
I ordered a set of holiday cards which never arrived I contact them through Chat. Another set was supposedly send out at no cost and shipping cost. That never arrived either. I tried contacting through chat. Now it dropped me and I could not contact a human being. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY
Great quality at a fair price although…
Great quality at a fair price although delivery was rather slow, arriving later than promised but it was during the busy Christmas season.
Not reliable
I am extremely disappointed with Snapfish's delivery service. They lost my photo album, which is completely unacceptable for a company whose business revolves around creating albums with personal, intimate photos.
When I contacted them, I expressed how disgraceful it was that something so sentimental could be lost. They assured me they would look into it and get back to me. However, I never heard anything from them again.
This lack of professionalism is appalling. I will never use Snapfish again, and I would not recommend their service to anyone. If you value your memories, avoid them at all costs.

The company sucks from their quality of merchandise produced, from customer service that is suggested and guaranteed and NOT delivered when said and then their follow up to then non delivery. What a true disappointment!
A friend's gift is now 12 days late and has disappeared (again)
My calendar was due on 30th Dec 24 at the latest as a gift. I wasn't offered a refund just a second calendar made. The date for delivery of this was 9th Jan 25 at the latest - it has not yet arrived. I used to be a frequent customer of Snapfish and spent a few hundred pounds per year. Customer Services don't have real people you can speak to on a phone anymore, just a chat. Please be wary of using this company now im afraid its gone badly downhill.

Shipping cost is overpriced and quality of print is very poor. I would never use Snapfish again. Very disappointed and pictures could not be gifted. The frame fell apart and could not be used.
I ordered a book for my 20th…
I ordered a book for my 20th anniversary and paid a rush fee to get it 24 hours beforehand just in case it was delayed. Their website said it shipped the day it was supposed to arrive with no notice to me of a delay. Their site still says it is expected to arrive YESTERDAY, but when I track with UPS they say a label was created two days ago, but they haven't even picked it up. It's two days late and still hasn't been shipped. This company is horrible!
Terrible Picture Quality & Worse Customer Service
Four orders placed in mid December for ornaments. EVERY ORNAMENT RECEIVED was late, pixelated, fuzzy and not at all what was promised on the order fulfillment page.
As requested in the "Refund" section of the FAQs, I uploaded pictures of the ornaments received into a folder on the website. The Chat representative absolutely agreed the ornaments were of substandard quality. I was offered replacements but given it is JANUARY, ornament gifts are no longer appropriate and I requested a full refund.
The Chat representative was unable to process a refund or allow me to "chat" with a supervisor who could authorize a refund of $114.25. Really? And he could not call me back after "discussing" with his supervisor(s) because Snapfish only supports Chat & email communication. I am beyond frustrated with this experience!
