Usave gartcosh. Placed order and received confirmation and delivery time. Tried ringing for almost an hour after delivery time with no answer. Finally got answer and was told no order received. I assured them they had them had se real te to sating we have no driver, driver was in accident then no answer when they brought it then another no driver tonight. All lies. 2 hours 49 minutes after order accepted I received email to say it was cancelled abd I had to wait 5 or 6 working days for a refund but may be a delay!! A disgraceful service. Never again!

I ordered from snappy shopper and as quite regularly with this one shop something was missing, I called the store and normally get a male answer but this time it was a female I explained the chips were on buy 1 get 1 free but only 1 arrived, I was told oh yeah we only had 1 pack left, so I asked what she could do about it then and she said well you were buying them anyway so it doesn't matter you got the pack you paid for, I explained that I only ordered them because they were on offer I would not have purchased one pack for £3.99 she then said if they come on the delivery she would send some up if there was anyone available to bring them. I asked what happens if they don't come in on the delivery or noone available to bring them, I was told to deal with it, I got the chips I paid for and she put the phone down on me. I called back and a male answered I explained that I had just been on the phone and he immediately said yeah we only had one bag, I said my issue now was having the phone put down on me and awful customer service he then also got rude and I said that I would be putting a complaint in and wouldn't be using there service again and he replied with good, such as life

Ordered from snappy shopper last Wednesday
When my shopping arrived I was not told about missing items which totalled £5
When phoning the the spar shop to follow up where my items were I was told they were out of stock and would be reimbursed within a couple of hours.

I then phoned AGAIN on Friday morning to chase up my refund I was told it can take up to 72 hours to be processed
I then phoned AGAIN on Monday morning to be told by the person at SPAR that it’s not there problem I needed to speak with SNAPPY SHOPPER and put the phone down on me .
1 week on and I’m STILL WAITING for my refund. i’ve only given them one star as I couldn’t give them 0 customer service absolutely appalling after sales customer service totally appalling service in general disgusting save your money shop with Tesco’s or Asda

Do Not use snappy shopper in forfar , angus. I tried to order 3 times from them and each time I was sent " cannot complete order" TOOBUSY As the heading. Unprofessional not fit for purpose AND have to wait 4 days for my refund as they take the money there and then. Bunch of cowboys.

The Saltcoats, North Ayrshire Premier Store has been a godsend to me due to not being able to get out to shop. They have been amazing to deal with and always call if they don't have things in stock and advise of other similar products to what I have ordered. For people with disabilities they are on the ball and value their customers greatly.. I'd give them 10 stars happily.

My local snappy shopper is fantastic they are a total life saver nothing is to much trouble for them shop staff and delivery staff are all really lovely and helpful definitely 5 stars ++++ londis crowhill street g22

Spar new mills excellent service and delivery 👌

Ordered chicken breast. But guess what.... it was out of date the day I bought it. They must be laughing at me!! Never again. And I asked for salted peanuts and got dry roasted.

Not so snappy shopper. Ordered a few different times. Order is always at least one or two hours later than they advised. Not great when ordering things for lunch break and lunch time comes and goes with no delivery.

Placed an order at 19:50, received confirmation and given a delivery time slot around 30 mins.
One hour past and no delivery tried to call shop no answer, shop is open till 10pm.
Emailed snappyshopper and they don’t work either to problem solve but tell you to call shop on pop up message, shop still not answering.
Next morning at 10am I get a message order cancelled REALLY! It said insufficient stock so why accept the order.
Definitely won’t be using or recommending this useless service.

Disgusting Sevices- I will never shop again

again I was substituted completely unrelated items for items that were unavailable, along with being given a much smaller, single chocolate bar over the multipack I ordered, I was not given the item that I'd purchased on a deal the shop had going on, and this is not the first time this has happened, frustrated, and it's not always possible for someone to call the store to try and rectify it, won't be using again.

Made an order at 18:39, to be told delivery expected between 19:05-19:20, tried to ring the store 20+ times from 8pm, finally got an answer at 9pm, to be told store had just shut and I won't be receiving my order. But advised to ring another store and place a new order, and risk losing more money haha yeah right! Shocking customer service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Had a delivery items was accidentally not packed the store called before I had a chance to call myself and apologised and said they would get it out on next delivery.
Unfortunately had to call back as 2 hours later still not arrived was told again it would be out
It’s now over 3 hours later and I’ve had to call again to be told it was with a driver.
And hour and half later still had not arrived.
Called back a AGAIN to be told it was with a driver. It’s ridiculous I get accidentally not putting items in mistakes happen. even after the 2nd time I called it was fine I know they are busy etc but after the 4th call to be no further forward after I have paid for my items and the delivery for still no answer to why it’s not arrived.
I was told they would call back however still waiting for that call.
Sorry just doesn’t cut it after waiting almost 5 hours for the rest of my items.
I am not happy I have an unwell child and unable to leave the house which is why I used the app for delivery for items until I could get my big shop delivered tomorrow.
I’ve used snappy shopper plenty of times and never had an issue like this.

Being a busy person, this is a really useful app. I tend to stick with the one local shop because they are absolutely lovely people
Amazing customer service and good deals

only issue is that the local shops that advertise on snappy shopper don’t honour the deals from your app.. 2for1 for example,you have the deal in app but the shop never honours the deals..happens with most offers you have.

so while snappy shopper are advertising deals on the app,the shop never honours these deals atall.

apart from that yeah not bad

Worst experience ever !!! The rep said she came to my shop to setup snappy shopper I am the owner of the shop never seen her in my life then she proceeded to say her "sources" told her which is a total lie as we are not with anyone. She just went lazy to come out to shop and making her stories to cover it up. Worst reps ever!!!

Takes money for a shop that had no way of carrying out their delivery, so left out of pocket for 5 days whilst a refund is being processed…….bad practice, won’t use again nor my local shop for allowing this to happen

Absolutely disgusting let down twice now . The issue being that they take the money before your order is confirmed so you have to wait upto 10 days to get your cash bk.then you get a weak excuse of an apology also you are not given the option to substitute an item if the dont have it in store.I won't use it again now

I think since when snappy shopper arrived which buissness man had snappy shopper they are doing well with their buissness and that poor shopkeeper who don't have snappy shopper they started struggle cos people are lazy they are sitting in house ordering on snappy shopper but this is affecting very badly to those shop keeper who don't have this at their shop this total unfair treatment of snappy shopper.i think all those shopkeeper who they are not giving snappy cos of this their buissness is on risk there should be a petition against snappy Shopper to provide this to every shop keeper why is this unfair treat with some people who can't keep snappy shopper cos they just provide to some shops around yous such as they are taking the customers and other shops start struggle 😉 honestly really unhappy cos of their unfair treatment
I applied I even requested them alot I have off liscence shop usave 10oclock shop Viewpark I spoke to carly as well but after still trying alot to get snappy shopper they said they can't provide me
