Promised delivery at a certain time, ok, things can happen to delay things, rang the supplying store ( name can be provided)... Phone rang for six minutes... Then encountered an obviously aware of problem member of staff... Who challenged me for being rude??? Wot? I hadn't even asked him anything... Anyhow, as an experienced driver in logistics... Quite simple, don't promise what is unachievable... Greed and folly.
Ps I'm writing this live and delivery still not arrived.
Won't be using this service again.

Avoid , they say spend so much get free delivery but still charge it . Ask for it to be refunded by snappy , store and even in receipt requests nothing. When you dont get your items they dont refund any service charge and now waiting in my delivery over due called shop its shut . Total bullsh*t at my final straw

Shocking service, placed an order 2 hours before closing, told be there in an hour. Call an hour and a half later to be told the drivers “new” and is 10/15 minutes away. phone 20 minutes later and no answer. Stores then closed and no ones picking up the phone. Snappy shopper work till 5:30 so don’t give a toss about after sales to contact regarding individual stores.So £80 down, no groceries to show and stuck waiting till they decide to be bothered to
work. utter shambles of a company to use, stick with Uber or any other grocery delivery service.

I was reluctant to use this at first due to the bad reviews however decided to give it a go today and apart from a server error with the app it still went through ok and I got exactly what I ordered from Avondale in Widnes, I was also kept informed all the way and even where Ste the driver was. The beer and wine was ice cold, (you don't normally get alcohol with first time user promo codes) Also good use by dates too and delivered by a friendly Ste.

This company who I have never heard of have tried to take two payments from my bank account in the last three days. Fortunately I had no money in that account at the time. What's more, I have been in Sweden for the past few months. Scammers.

Absolutely ridiculous. Can't verify my account, can't delete my account. Can't proceed to checkout. Awful, awful service. Would not recommend to anyone. Just go to the shop at least then you're guaranteed to be successful in purchasing. Also they 'detected' I had used a first time purchase coupon even though I wasn't a new customer... which I WAS. Will not even attempt again in the future. Complete waste of time.

Order received at 10:38, Declined at 10:39, told refund will take 5 days!!!! No shopping and £25 down

Abysmal service 2 hour wait on delivery 9 out of 15 items unavailable no phone call to ask would I like to substitute any unavailable items. Will not use again complete waste of time for which I paid service charge !! I did not get a service to pay for.

0 stars not possible or would have selected this option-Order accepted at 13:28 then declined at 13:29 , called the store to be told that a refund might take up to 5 working days but I could call my bank to 'Speed things up'-wow, should never have been processed- not acceptable-Spar -Hillfoot road Ayr, No shopping and £46.06 down for 5 days, fabulous .I cant get out on my own and rely on home deliveries -Ridiculous!

Got a coupon, tried to order but says my two local stores are closed.
Not worth the effort if switching from Tesco whoosh.

We received an offer in our letterbox with a promotion and discount. Downloaded the app and placed an order with the promotion, paid the remainder and all shows correct in app. Received a confirmation email. Never received the order and store says it never showed up to them and they haven’t received it. Contacted the company by email. They replied they were going to look into it. We’ve sent further emails and that they’ve ignored completely. No refund no products no response. Tuesday we are going to citizens advice.

Now on day 5 since I placed a £35 order, still not delivered and support have now stopped responding to me. My only option now I guess is to wait until I can begin charge back proceedings through my bank. Avoid these like the plague, clearly crooks

Hmmm I ordered from broadway branch in Blyth Northumberland there driver with a blue car was trying my door!! THANKGOD IT WAS LOCKED! I’m a female on my own with 2 children it absolutely terrified me!! Didn’t want to make a big thing of it cause the staff are lovely at shop but delivery driver scared me to death with trying my door 3 times was the silence of the knock also didn’t like that.

If I could write no stars I would. App is not user friendly once order placed. Can't track delivery. My delivery has not turned up. I tried to call snappy shopper phone lines not open. I emailed not even a response email. Shop say order showing as ready for collection however my status shows as order accepted on app. Shop say they cant refund and online terms say contact Shop for a refund. Shop can't send anyone with order and I have anxiety so don't go out. Waiting for call back to see how Shop will resolve this.

Easy to order they contacted me as they did,nt have flavour of drink I ordered very good service will definitely use again Harry's greenock

They take your order promising a delivery time but don't deliver at this time and when you question it they just act as if they don't understand what you are saying.

Ordered my shopping received 5 small bars of dairy milk instead of large onea paid £1.35 each for. After two phone calls they eventually agree to swap them but only after me going on about it. Was going to leave it at that but then noticed the bread I paid £1.69 had a reduced sticker on it to 42p never got the discount and the bread was out of date that day. Also two bottles of milk had 3 days life in them. How are you suppose to drink 2 bottles in 3 days. Emailed snappyshopper they’re not interested told me to contact shop but no point immature kids working in the shop laughing on the phone. Won’t order again I’ve now deleted the app.
