Pointless waste of time
I signed up and completed a survey and got my 88p, I then tried to complete about 10 more serveys, which took about 20 minutes and after answering loads of questions I was told from them all that I didn't qualify. I have now just done 45 minutes of surveys, constantly trying one after another, answering correctly and honestly. It was a cycle of 'we have found a survey for you' to answer questions then get the 'you do not qualify'... 'we found a survey for you' etc. After 45 minutes I haven't been able to finish 1 servey which means I haven't earnt 1p. Not worth doing!

Sorry about your disappointing experience completing a survey.
Unfortunately, our role in executing the survey panel is extremely limited. A third-party company called CINT is responsible for managing it and ensuring it is a straight-forward experience for you.
Every survey has different criteria for who they want to get responses from and it is CINT who controls how this works.
We will pass your feedback along to them, but they will be unable to respond without having your contact details. If you contact them directly they will be able to investigate what happened and respond to you.

Dishonest.
The surveys can very rarely be completed within the time specified especially when you have to go through the pre-qualifying survey too.
What is totally deceiptful though is when you get the emails saying do a survey 88p for 15 mins and when you do qualify it says complete 15 min survey for 56p. This is pathetic misrepresentation, immoral and likely unlawful...

Sorry to hear about your bad experience filling in a survey for CINT. We will pass along your feedback to them.
When a company sets up the survey, they set a limit for how many people they want to respond. This includes things like how many people of a certain age or demographic. It’s likely that the quota had already been met when you tried to complete the survey.
Regarding the price, that sounds strange and is something we will ask CINT for clarification about.
Unfortunately, our involvement is extremely limited. We hope your next experience will be better.

The company that created the survey would have set a quota for how many people they wanted to reply based on their own criteria – and it’s likely your response came after the quota had already been met. CINT is responsible for ensuring the survey quotas are set in line with best practice.

Waste of time
Waste of time. Spent about an hour doing multiple surverys after doing 30% of the survey it says “sorry this survey is unavailable” or “sorry you don’t qualify for this survey. Just a scam to steal all your information and personal details.

Fantastic software, wonderful company
We have used SNAP for 5 years now and it continues to be of huge benefit to our company. The tool itself is hugely flexible and can be used to create fairly complex surveys, analysis and reports.
The team at SNAP are very responsive and the technical support is really good too!

Great product and service
We have used Snap surveys for over 13 years - this is a great survey package, good functionality and reporting which they are constantly improving for ease of use.
We have had some very complex survey requirements over the years and the support team have always been very helpful along with the regular tips, updates on new features and worksheets - would definitely recommend.

Brilliant survey tool
I love Snap Surveys and have been using it heavily for over 5 years. It's so flexible but really good value for money and you get all the proper survey features at once rather than having to pay extra for doing research properly! It isn't too tricky to learn to use. My one suggestion would be instead of PDF autogenerated reports with graphs in, to be able to create graphs that can be used directly in PowerPoint and Word. Would save me so much time!

At Snap, we don’t believe in hidden charges for advanced design features and sophisticated analysis capabilities, email alerts or invitations, they are all included!
We always recommend that people have training which makes using Snap as easy as possible.
And good news....an entire report of tables and charts from Snap can be output to separate files that can then be inserted into a presentation software program such as PowerPoint or word processing package such as Word.

Since 1997 Snap have been a fabulous partner and we have loved working with them to build our business, from our foundation training through to running multi regional global studies for the worlds biggest brands, Snap was the platform we used. The real strength is how quickly they respond to help you when you need it, there isn't much spare time in Market Research, so when you need help, you need it now, and Snap are brilliant at that. The product is world class and they have a very innovative approach to meeting the industry needs with regular updates to add in functionality that clients expect in a very fast moving market. The support and customer service is fantastic!
When making my first survey with Snap, I got a bit stuck and emailed the company for support. A kind employee got back to me really quickly, and continued to help me through any query I had. We ended up having many back and forth emails as I was so new to the software so was getting confused here and there, but she helped me continuously and was patient and thorough in making sure I understood how to fix the problems I was having, with genuine kind words and screenshotted step by steps.
This software is amazing and the support is phenomenal - friendly and fast. I would highly recommend! Thank you Snap.

We agree the software is amazing...but we can be biased.... and don’t forget you can do so much more than just surveys.

We've had a huge amount of support and guidance from an individual support person and the system we've set up has worked beautifully. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Rubbish Don't waste your time
This is just a middle man acting for a company called cint and don't take any responsibility. You get bounced around to other survey platforms , asked the same security questions time and time and time again. Only to be told the survey is finished or full or "not active at this time". AVOiD !!!!!!!!!!

Undoubtedly the best survey software...
We have been using Snap since 1998 to design and analyse survey data for our clients, and would never go elsewhere!
Snap is a very strong analysis package (comparable only to SPSS, but much easier to use), and is very flexible on survey design. Running your surveys through Snap Webhost also means you know all of the responses you are gathering are secure and backed up.
The level of customer support from Snap is also excellent. There is a huge resource library of worksheets and tutorials for every level of Snap user, but the helpdesk is always very efficient and knowledgeable if you need help in a hurry or your question is a bit more obscure.

Excellent survey design and analysis software
As a research consultant, I've been using Snap survey software for over fifteen years now to design, field and analyse surveys for various different clients. I find that it has a lot of useful features and is much more intuitive than SPSS, and the team are obliging and responsive. They were accommodating recently when it came to using it in my role as a school governor, too. My one plea would be to develop a Mac desktop client as at the moment I have to run it using a PC emulator, which is a pain.

Snap survey new user
I am a new user of snap survey, on behalf of my football club. I found the whole experience really positive - I had some login issues initally, but these were sorted very efficiently - and the constant support through the whole process was really impressive.
I designed my own survey, distributed to members, and am now presented with really easy to read and very useful data. I would thoroughly recommend Snapsurvey to anyone

If you tried to get paid for using surveys, unfortunately, we aren’t responsible for running that panel. That is handled by an external partner company called Cint, who is responsible for the user experience.
Here at Snap Surveys, we provide the software that lets businesses design questionnaires and get real-time reports. We also handle large survey projects for clients. We are not a scam.

Every survey I've done so far says at the end sorry not suitable for this survey!
Very annoying and frustrating and waste of my time, am about to give up!
This is because of "Cint" apparently?
So what's the real story here and what is their criteria?

Support is second to none
I have used Snap for several years now. Its is a great survey package with all the functionality I need and more.
What really sets Snap above the rest though is the support from the team- via the help desk and our account manager Marianne. We have had some very complex survey requirements over the last year and they have supported us every step of the way. A pleasure to work with.
