This is hands down one of the worst…

This is hands down one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I ordered a short-sleeve shirt from Snatched Manchester and was completely ignored for weeks and weeks. No replies to emails, no customer service phone number, and absolutely no way to contact them. I had no idea if my order even existed.

After months, a shirt finally arrived — thrown into a scruffy package — and it was damaged, with ripped pockets. When I tried to contact them for a refund, I was once again totally ignored. Not a single response.

This company has zero customer service, zero accountability, and zero professionalism. I was left with no choice but to contact my bank and report them. The entire experience feels dishonest and incredibly frustrating.

Do yourself a favour and stay well away from Snatched Manchester. Save your money, your time, and your sanity.

Absolutely abhorrent customer service

Absolutely abhorrent customer service. It's been a month and my order has not shipped and the company is impossible to get a hold of. Their contact page on their website forwards to a 404 page, and they have absolutely no contact information listed on their website. No email, no phone number, no address and no live chat. I have sent a message on Instagram 3 weeks ago that was ignored, I posted a comment on their latest post on Instagram 2 weeks ago and was ignored, and I was finally able to source and email the which was sent a week ago and has still been ignored. I sincerely don't understand how you can sustain a business like this.

Missing two items; no refund; no communication

I ordered three items (two t-shirts and a print) from this company in September 2022. They sent me one of the t-shirts but despite numerous emails, they have never sent the other two items. I paid over £60 and have received £24.99 of the order. This is extremely poor customer service. Absolutely no communication from the company. AVOID!
