Wanted to buy my radio for $30.00
Wrote to me want's to send Service Express Collissimo to hand me an envelope and collect the item.
Collissimo sent me an Email asking me to go to depanneur to buy a Vanilla card? To cover the $50.00 insurance which apparently will be added to the envelope in the amount of $100.00. For a $30.00 radio he's going to give me a $100.00

Don't you ever buy from this website, the return policy is non existant, they will never refund you if there is any problem or you want to return the article.
I payed 20 euro to return an article and they never refund me back.

NEVER order from sneakavenue, they have been scamming multiple people by not returning products, money and even selling fake products.

Did'nt get any money back from the Nike shoes I send retour to them. They were €106. Payed also for shipping and for the retour.

I bought a pair of nike air max 4 days ago. After I purchased them, I directly got an email for my order confirmation and I got a track and trace. Today, my nikes were delivered and I'm very happy with them. They are from other material than the same sort of air max I already owned.

If I could give less than one star I would, payment made, money taken, 6 weeks later, nothing, tried sending messages numerous times, no reply.
No number to be able to contact them, always a bad sign I think, hey ho, you live and learn!

I ordered a pair of jordan 1 on the 1st of August. Received notification that order was received and l would receive a confirmation. No confirmation was ever received, money was taken on 3rd of August. Till today 28 of August nothing zero. Contacted seller via website no reply.

Bought a pair of nicely priced Adidas sneakers from the Netherlands - SneakAve's logistics company of choice DHL operates here too and thus delivery was quick. Smooth experience!

Horrendous customer service. After requesting a refund two weeks after sending the item back the company is ignoring my emails and sending copy and paste responses. Stay away

Ordered the wrong size for Christmas. Never received a confirmation email for order so I emailed to request the information so I could provide it with the RMA. Took a month and a half for the CSR to finally provide me with the information required. Was informed to pay customs prior to shipping the item which my post office said was impossible to Europe. Sent the item anyway and the shop shipped the shoes back to me saying that they cannot accept the package if the duty inst prepaid which is impossible..... Now I am stuck paying triple for shoes not even for me and am stuck with a wrong size. AVOID BUYING OUT OF EU. not worth the hassle and the customer service is EXTREMELY POOR and UNRESPONSIVE.

These guys hide their google reviews and the reviews you see on their website are fake. you cannot find their business on google. BEWARE of these shady practices!

I tried ordering some Nike air max boots... But when I press the order button a red box pop up and said that my order has be canceled... So I clicked back on the page and it said the order has been process 🤷‍♂️ so I don't know if my boots got ordered or not smh all bad now I don't know what todo from here.

Ordered on Sunday and received my package today Wednesday. Shoes were great. Highly recommended shopping at sneak a-venue!
