Shoes were stolen/lost, waiting for update email 2 weeks+
Absolute joke of a company. Made a order on 19th of May for 4 pairs of shoes, and supposedly they had arrived. Parcel force had confirmed it was "delivered", name on the delivery wasn't none of my family members, and I got a note from the courier through my post box that it was left near my flowers?! Contacted Sneakerbaas via email about this on the 28th May, got a email that they are "Investigating" on the 30th May. From then on SILENCE, nothing. How can a investigation of any sort take this long, why can't you reply with any sort of information on : how long this investigation will take or anything at all?

UPDATE, TODAY ON 30TH JUNE I HAD GOTTEN A REFUND FOR SHOES, I WAS STILL CHARGED THE DELIVERY FEE OF 9.99 EUROS PER SHOE I HAD ORDERED.
Kind of don't understand why I'm taking the cost of 40 euros / £34 for the shipping when I didn't receive the shoes but I guess it's better than nothing?
Hard company to talk to via email, they like to "miss" emails.

There is an error in the price of the item, I contacted customer support not which I was told was your mistake, even so I was not returned the difference in value of the item. I'll never buy it at the store again

For the time being my worse experience…
For the time being my worse experience ever ordering online!! I have received the wrong shoes, and sneakerbaas do not even take in charge the shipping costs to send back THEIR MISTAKE!! Conclusion: I don't have my order, I will have to spend money to send back shoes I never order and now I have to wait that all goes well... i'll keep you posted about the conclusion.
