Scam. They shipped a package, it got returned to the sender and they never replied to the emails. I was charged and never reimbursed. I tried to contact them via email, whatsapp, ai bot with no success. Do not buy on Sample/Sneakmart.
Bought through their Sample app but seems impossible to make a return. Sample relies on Rever for returning orders. However, I get an error message saying "no return methods available". Since then I tried to contact Sample several times through their assistance chat and every contact email I found, but no one has replied... That's the worst part, the expiration date to submit a return is about to expire (14 days since ordering, not receiving), I'm risking losing a lot of money and absolutely no one cares. Is like trying to talk with a wall.
