Don't order from this company. 100% got scammed. Paid for my order nothing.Firstly got told my paracel got lost and got resent.Still received nothing.They don't even answer emails.

This company is a scam, I NEVER RECIEVED MY ORDER AND STILL WAITING 8 MONTHS NOW FOR MY MONEY BACK. DO NOT USE THEM.

This is the worse of the worse online shopping!! A scam a big scam. Don’t be enticed with their price because is a scam. They will give a trucking number, after waiting and trucking the Items we/I ordered, it will tell you it’s been delivered. For over 5 months of waiting because I complain I did not received the Item I ordered, and they’ve given me another trucking number, at the end they said it was delivered, I don’t know where is was delivered. And they give me a wrong address, what a SCAM!!

I was scammed out of my money and nothing was delivered

Order placed in August never received. Paid for insurance but just lost more money. This company is a scam! Do not Order from them!!!!

I’ve been fighting with them since August, twice I was told that the order was sent out, nothing received! When I asked for my money back, they offered me 60%, after a lot of back and forth they have agreed to 100% refund. Hopefully I’ll get my money back

I want to give them no stars at all. Take your money then don’t deliver. Excuse after excuse. When they run out, go back to the first excuse. I’m extremely angry they have my money and I have received absolutely nothing!

This is a total scam, never recieved my goods. Have been fighting with them since September to get a refund, nothing, just excuse after excuse! DO NOT WATSE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

I ordered goods 3 months ago, told twice it has been delivered, but untrue.
I have asked for a refund at least 5 times, which is ignored. Absolute scam

I ordered from Snirel on 22.7.2023. They sent a link to a tracking company and this said the package was delivered on 24.8.2023 but I never received it. I emailed Snirel who said they contacted the logistics company for compensation but it was rejected yet I had paid for insurance. They said they couldn't let me bear the loss and they were willing to resend the package to me if I would accept it. I really liked the look of the clothes so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and agreed. I asked for an update on the resent package on 6.10.2023 and they said the logistics showed my local post office would deliver it in the next couple of days. It's a week later and still no sign of it. Total scam. Glad I only wasted £20.

do an internet search before ordering anything from them. Seems they are a online scam operation. same problem reported by many customers as ourselves, you order and receive nothing but promises.
