We've organised our ski holidays through Richard Tasker @sno (and Greg) for a few years now and have been very happy. We didn't always know what we wanted and have been supported with patience all along. They have access to a good variety of deals and happy to complement with the add-ons we needed.

We have been booking our ski holidays with SNO for the past four years and always go through Greg. He really understands what we’re looking for and consistently provides excellent customer service. Greg keeps us informed about upcoming deals, is quick to respond to any queries, and makes the whole booking process smooth and stress-free. On the rare occasion we’ve had a small issue, it’s always been resolved quickly and efficiently. We highly recommend booking with SNO—and if you can, ask for Greg!

Booked a catered chalet trip with Richard in April, booking experience was fantastic, Richard found what we needed and where we needed it due to being so late in the season. Only ever been on one catered chalet holiday which was so long ago I don't really remember it, usually go Airbnb and drive. Nothing was too much trouble for Richard even the multitude of questions, some stupid some not so. Taking 3 adult sons so catered was key for us. I'll update again after the trip. Thanks Richard, great job so far.

Calvin was very responsive and helpful in sorting a last minute skiing holiday for my dad and I, sending over a few different options and helping me find a package that worked for me. Would use again.

Been using these guys for years and years! Calvin has been my go to and he's great. Always finds us great deals and knows exactly what we like...and also deals with my constant changing of group size and rooming problems! I've tried countless times to find a better deal by doing things solo but it's honestly not doable, and not even worth the effort. Use Sno!

We have been using SNO and agent Calvin for many years. Our group for skiing ranges from 30 to 40 + and each year the service is fantastic. From the deals, the support provided and ongoing support each year is second to none. Excellent service highly recommended. Already locked in 2027 and due to go on 26 ski family trip. Brilliant

Off in a couple of weeks to
Mayrhofen. I have booked via Richard now for years , mostly Val desire .
Every year as if by magic Richard emails me asking if I have booked , how he times this email is a mystery as it’s normally exactly when I am thinking . I reply , he then sends me a list of suggestions based on my quite exacting requirements… high resort , a high end sport hotel , big pool , sauna , good food , a general budget ( half board ) decent room etc etc .
I deliberate , ask his advice on the area , location etc add the odd extra and then book. He knows all my details , I pay and everything is sorted . Bloody fantastic service and never in all the trips he has sorted is anything amiss . If you want a hassle free one point of contact service look no further . Highly recommended and more than helpful. Recon I have another 7 years of skiing left in me which will take me to 70 years old when I think I might if global warming hasn’t beaten me to it , retire from skiing . Just hope Richard doesn’t retire before that 🤣

Calvin was excellent from start to finish with our recent Ski holiday booking. rapid responses to questions and clearly set out all the options as well as securing the rooms we wanted as soon as they became available. we wouldnt hesitate to recommend both Sno and Calvin.
