Questionable customer service! Had no problem ordering but having…
Had no problem ordering but having waited over 3 weeks I contacted the company to see if they could trace the item, I received an email stating I should check my doorstep (?) and ask neighbours.. which I dutifully did! Nothing! So another week goes by and I enquired if they could either re-send the product or refund, a very curt message was sent saying they would refund but had contacted the post office to investigate. I felt like there was an accusation there that I had made the whole scenario up for a freebie!
Anyway, another week passes and the PO delivers at 630pm on a Friday evening the parcel with various other mail....
yay! I thought.... Monday morning I try phoning but no answer so emailed to update them and offering to pay ASAP, a very rude email said “will invoice you” 😕nothing else- no “thanks for your update/honesty/ quick response etc etc
Thanks for the refund snorestore but not the implied accusation or rude email. Product may be ok but won’t use company again!!!!!

None of this was down to us. As you can see from the postmark on your order, we did indeed post your item when we said we had. We're sorry you didn't like it when we said we would send an invoice. In these incredibly stressful times, when businesses are working with fewer staff and Brexit is a complete disaster (as we knew it would be), sending a quick email means we can concentrate on getting orders out to our loyal customers and also get paid what we're owed. Excellent product and fast delivery
I was delighted to find slim foam earplugs as I find the standard earplugs (designed for men, by default) not just uncomfortable but painful. An excellent range of products, with good advice on the website. Delivered very promptly.

Love the information they give, factual but light hearted. If you sleep with a prolific snorer as I do you need some humour! I bought the sample pack and I’m working my way through the various ear plugs. So far so good!
