Does what it says on the tin. Great skills from the drivers who took us all the way to Argentiere.

Good value for money ,nice coach,friendly staff well organized too.
Not too horrendous as breaks are well planned at nice locations.
They seem very well organized company.
No booze policy on the coach is an excellent idea.

Travelled for the first time with snow express this year and was pleasantly surprised by how simple and stress-free the journey was. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, the bus is well equipped with USB ports and WiFi which made the journey even more enjoyable. Much easier and cheaper than flying or travelling by train and would highly recommend to anyone considering what is the best way to travel to the French Alps. Much better for the environment too!

Cannot praise them highly enough. We have travelled with Snow Express once before and found that despite the long journey, it’s easier and less stressful than flying, not to mention cheaper and more eco-friendly. The drivers are great and it has felt like a very smooth operation on both occasions.

This time, however, they went above and beyond. We actually arrived in France just hours before the government announced the ski resorts were closing and Snow Express were nothing short of brilliant. Within a couple of hours of the announcement on the Saturday night, they e-mailed us to say they were sending a coach back out to get us all (at no extra cost to us) and by 5.30pm on Sunday, we were on our way home. They were so professional throughout and really put their customers first.

Just back from France. The first time we have travelled with Snow Express. Can't believe what a fantastic service it is. Totally reliable with an amazing on-board crew. Would highly recommend.

This is the third time I have used Snow Express and I cant fault them.

The staff could not be more helpful. They provide regular updates if there are any delays. They are meticulous about making sure everyone is back on the coach after a break. The coach is very clean and comfortable and this year we were even able to make hot drink.

Easy to book online. I have been using the Bus for many years. Never a problem. I just get on at Victoria off at Tignes no carrying cases or skis through Airports. Cheaper and greener than flying or self drive.
I usually sleep most of the way after the ferry, and have a film on my iPad for the morning.
Great drivers.

We travelled with Snow Express for two years 2019 and 2020 . Nice experience so far. Yuo can get on board decent size of luggage.The journey is long but most of the time you sleep. There is toilet on board. It is clean. we will use them next year again. Thank you Snow Express

I used the snow express last jan and this year jan, and my experience was excellent. Friendly drivers, simple travelling with 2 long stops, maybe the seats little bit small but i am little bit big :) 6ft2 all over, by the way I am very satisfied, I am sure I will use again.

Brilliant service. Comfy bus, very good price, great luggage allowance, fantastic drivers and admin team, very friendly, delivered me to the centre of Tignes, stress free. We were delayed getting home due to Storm Ciara. The team were amazing, keeping us informed and even helping me find a hotel due to very late arrival. Couldn't be better.

I have been using snow express for over 10 years now. I have always found it a great way to get to the french alps at a reasonable price (also gives you an extra days skiing).
both sets of Drivers are professional and helpful.
Any delays ( generally on the return journey) are down to either the passengers not having passports ready are ferries being cancelled.
The coach is well equipped seats are OK and makes sufficient stops to catch a coffee etc
but be aware you are in the coach overnight and sleeping can be hit or miss .
overall its agood way ( for me to get to the alps .). wish they did it for the Austrian resorts as well

Simplest way to the Alps. Coaches always clean, new and more comfortable that an aeroplane. Sufficient rest stops. Helpful and friendly drivers. Greener than flying or driving yourself.

I cannot recommend this service enough. No other travel service from London to the Alps comes close.

I travel frequently to La Plagne ski resort and I normally fly to Geneva with a coach transfer from the airport to Aime. With ski equipment, this normally costs around £250, with about 10 hours of travel, will all aspects considered, with lots of stop overs and changes.

Snowexpress on the other hand, cost me £80 for the same journey, same luggage, at 19 hours of travel with no change overs, which means I could easily sleep without worry for around 8/9 hours of the journey - very comfortably too!

Staff are friendly, the coaches themselves are luxury (charging ports for each seat, free WiFi, toilets, reclining plush chairs, good leg room), and the price is simply unmatched!

I WILL NEVER FLY TO THE ALPS AGAIN!

Seats are comfortable, stops in the middle of the night are kept to a minimum, all drivers were helpful and friendly. I would give 5 stars if blankets were provided and seats were allocated so that people who book together can sit together without having to ask single passengers if they would mind moving.

Trip was pretty smooth, all timings hit. My seat had a broken arm rest which affected sleep. I would stongly advise taking airplane style neck pillow. Will use Snow Express again.

Recently took the bus to tignes le lac in January and journey out was alright. Would recommended tiring yourself out the during the day so you can sleep on the bus. Dinner on the ferry was as expected but kept me full until breakfast at The 8am stop. The stop has a paul Cafe so can get a half decent coffee and pastry. Arrived at tignes around 3:00pm

Journey back was soul destroying, was sat in front of some gap yah kids chatting the entire trip back. Would recommended eating an early dinner before hand as the food stop is a service station around 11:00pm Where you can buy a meal deal crisps etc, next stop after is the ferry at around 8:00am and arriving in london around 12:00pm.

Other than the long journey it is the cheapest and easiest way to get to and back from tignes with a large board bag. Will definitely travel again!

Great cost effective travel and better for the environment .... seats are more comfortable than economy flight seating... will use snow exspress again for sure .

Although the week that I went was full, the coach had a relaxed atmosphere and people were quiet at night so you could get plenty of sleep. The journey was smooth and there were enough stops to get out and stretch your legs and get something to eat. The coach also reserved seats for those who would be getting on last so that there was always somewhere for you sit. You could also make friends with those getting off at the same resort as you so it wasn't as nerve-wracking going by yourself. I would choose this over flying as you can take all your ski gear with you without booking extra bags, which you would do at an airport and it has less CO2 emissions so a win all round!
