great for money and save your time of planning everything. it is a one ticket for all transfor journey. staff are very nice and helpful and always make sure you are on the coach before heading to next stop.

The cheapest way to get to the French Alps, and with a bit more luggage than you can take on the plane! Having an evening meal on the ferry on the way out and breakfast on the way back is a nice way to top and tail your holiday. The WiFi on the coach is iffy but hey, it's free, and obviously the only downside it is of course a bit uncomfortable even though the seats recline. Oh, and you can usually ski Saturday afternoon when you arrive and all day Saturday on the day you leave - wot's not to like?!! :-)

Snow Express are great!, the coach was smooth and comfortable, the ferry crossings efficient and timely, the collections at both ends were well organised, the luggage allowance sufficient, the journey's went well and probably better than I expected, the whole deal was a good one, and want to do it again! Thank you!

I've been using SnowExpress twice a year for 3rd year in the row.
* Great service - they are great from booking to onboarding to resolving problems on spot. Once I was returning with a skiing injury with full leg fixed brace (and lots of painkillers), and SnowExpress was graceful to reserve the full back seat row for me; on top, they did not charge me for that due to free seat availability.
* Fantastic drivers - not to mention that they drive safely, they also do their best to deliver you to the destination through the snowfalls, kept us updated on the road situation and what to do.
* Great selection of the routes - if they don't drive where you go, they will help you to liaise with a transport company for add-on leg.

All-in-all, 5 stars and lots of thanks to SnowExpress team for the great job and a positive attitude.

The trip was good, the staff was honest and friendly. The only bad thing was the toilet, which was the passengers fault really (no tissue roll, although you can ask the driver for it, and wee on the seat). There was also toilet breaks, which are announced an hour or two beforehand.

Service was good. But on the way to France there was no toilet facilities to use, which brought sometimes discomfort due very long journey. However on our way back, everything was good and issue was fixed. Drivers are great!

I travelled with Snow Express for the second time and found the whole service to be excellent. Timely, friendly and efficient, not to mention value for money. I will more than likely use them again to get out to the slopes.

Comfy seats, some in fours like a train lay out. Slept for most of the way back, so we were better rested than our friends taking the plane; especially since there were no early starts (5pm-midday ish travel times both ways).

A pretty comfortable ride and nice coach. Journey helped by the fact that the coach wasn't full. I wouldn't have minded another chance or 2 to stretch my legs though.

The very best way to travel to the French alps for your skiing holiday

Overall a positive experience. I didn't feel the 16 hours pass by. Fun company too - all skiers and snowboarders. Do get one of these neck pillows and plenty of snacks.

Excellent service comfortable, quiet and hassle free journey. I would definitely recommend travelling with Snow Express again. Our luggage was well looked after and the use of USB ports excellent.

First class service! I have experienced Snow Express three time now and each time has improved from the last. I traveled with my lad at half term and we were concerned about not being able to sit together on our return journey as we were last on pick up. Having contacted the office they assured us that a seat would be reserved. Nothing is too much trouble. I will definitely travel again with Snow Express.

I have used Snow Express twice, both in the Friday before a half term trip. Due to demand, on both occasions, I boarded a vehicle owned by a different company. Although the trip was well organised, the coach on both occasions was too small. For an overnight journey, you should be able to stretch your legs out when attempting to sleep. This was not possible on either trip. I am 5'11. In addition the fact that the journey cost close to 250 pounds (150 more than the week before) means I will not be using snow express again.

Our husband and wife driver team were charming and lovely people, but well out of their comfort zone driving from UK to Meribel and back. Relying on passengers to guide them using mobile phone satellite navigation systems, questionable driving decisions (overtake a truck in reduced width road due to road works, only to realise the error almost too late, and then backing off - entry to Calais port). Drop off and pick up points in Meribel were also confusing. Better not to let passengers know that you really don't know where the coach will stop, and instead pretend you do and that its all under control. As said, they were really sweet and we all got on well and helped each other make the journey work. But, it was seriously unprofessional! The relief driver who took over from Dover to Folkestone was in an entirely different class, excellent, even though I don't think he had much sleep the night before. It was an adventure. I'm not necessarily put off, but I might be tempted to upgrade and use the train next time.

An efficient, comfortable and stress free way to get to your resort!

Was dreading journey but actually was surprised by how comfortable and smooth it was. Excellent drivers, who were helpful and entertaining in equal measure.
