Good low cost low hassle way to get to the Alps.

Excellent service, everything on time and very comfortable.

The onward transfer - as I was travelling to St. Gervais, was excellent, no waiting at the terminus, straight onto waiting minibus.
By the far the best way to travel to the alps, no hassle, no queuing...

Very comfortable coach, plenty of leg room and lovely staff. Really recommend for those looking for affordable travel to the mountains !

For what it is, a long haul coach service, SnowExpress are probably one of the best out there.
It tends to run on time and has polite/helpful coach drivers; it also offers more space for your luggage compared to air travel, and breaks for you to stretch your legs.
You still have the problem of lack of legroom, it being near impossible to sleep, especially if you have dodgy fellow passengers, and not all USB charging sockets work. But considering it's much cheaper than flying, it's probably as good as it gets, considering.

One thing.. it feels like the night time drivers go very fast. Can you check they stick of safe levels??

One thing... please keep serving central London (I heard the bus station might be moving!!! Horror!!!)

Amazing. Had the best holiday. Only thing I would say is we were all sat separately on way home, which was a shame as it’s a long journey and you want to sit with the people you came away with. Otherwise would recommend to anyone!

I (and a few other passengers) were asked very rudely to change seats to make space for a group of 16 people who were not even a single group. Felt being treated like a second class citizen - honestly if we had paid any lesser amount, maybe the behaviour could still have been justified, but right now it was purely outrageous!

Comfortable coach, friendly drivers. No wifi though which would be welcome on a 16 hour journey.

Fab experience - the coach took us straight to the resort and everything ran super smoothly. Was great to be able to take skis without an extra fee. Long journey didn't feel too bad due to overnight travel, meaning that we could sleep! Would 100% recommend as an alternative to flying.

Very good. I was really happy with this and am planning to use Snow Express next time.
Pros:
It was calm and quiet (I had been worried it might be rowdy); everyone seemed to be trying to sleep overnight.
Really liked the USB charging sockets and the reclining seats.
It ran amazingly well to time on both the outward and return journeys.
Cons:
Wifi would have been great but I couldn't get it to work with either my phone or laptop (Windows 10) - it connected but couldn't find the internet.
Would have appreciated more info before the trip about the schedule (loo stops, food stops etc), so I could have planned better what to bring.

Overall though I was rather dreading a 21-hr coach trip ("i'm too old for this..."), and it turned out to be way better than I was expecting.

Good value, well organised

I have used this service several times to get to Tignes and love it because I get on in London with my Skis and luggage and do not have to worry about it until we get to Tignes as we do not have to change buses it just goes straight to Tignes so I sleep most of the way. When I fly I have to contend with flight delays, weather the transfer bus will still be there and massive ques at the airport on return both Chambery and Geneva.
Unfortunately my wife cannot sleep on the bus so I can only take advantage of this service if I travel on my own or with my son and then I save £100 each by not having to pay for my skis his snow board and cases.
Thinking of going out to Meribel in Feb with the son so will use this service but will have to change bus at Moutiers which is a shame but still better than flying.

Heard lots of whinging about journey times but you will not travel 600 Miles to a destination cheaper, and I found the coach perfectly comfortable. I would definitely travel with snow express again it was very well organised and we arrived ahead of schedule.

The service was very efficient and the coach was clean. And the staff was very friendly and willing to help.

Great experience, so much better than flying in our opinion. The coaches had everything we needed and the drivers were good-spirited and kept us informed of when we were going to stop and for how long. We were taken care of really well and it didn't feel like we'd spent almost a full day on a bus! Thanks guys!

Well organised , comfortable coaches made the Journeys a breeze. Great to be able to take your skis/boots etc at no extra charge . We managed to be on the slopes Sat pm on arrival and all day on the last Saturday so 7 full days on the slopes , brilliant .

Very good service, organised and efficient. Makes getting across France tolerable and affordable. We will be using this service again.

Easy way to access the alps. Comfortable coach. Good timing.
