Purchased Sunjoe 10" chainsaw in 2022 direct from Sunjoe. It was used just a few times. Had 2 year warranty. Stopped working "no power" battery was good. Contacted Sunjoe hoping they had a fix, knowing it was out of warranty. I was advised they don't repair and was offered a 15% to buy a a new one. Dissatisfied with customer service for a little used product that was only 3 years old.

I want to thank you for your great bikes and your excellent customer service. Some of the representatives we have worked with are Christian Culaba, Evelyn Cebe, and Joanna Rose Juanillo. We have worked with others as well. They are all very professional and take care of us efficiently. It seems like they put the customer experience first and foremost every time. If there is an issue, they fix it or give us a replacement. You cannot ask for more than that.
We have bought many Jetson bikes over the years and in fact my wife learned on one of your smaller bikes. Our favorite Jetson bikes are the J8, the Journey, and now the Warren. My wife actually learned on the bolt pro. Her favorite bike now is the Journey.

The product (expandable battery operated tree trimming saw) malfunctioned during the first day of use!! I have built many log homes so my knowledge of chainsaw use is extensive! The product simply DID NOT function as advertised.

Your AI eventually referred me back to the internet site and then instructed me to re-phone on a weekday. My manufacturing engineer son revised the brass hose connecting tube of another manufacturer to replace the broken plastic part from your SPX3000 pressure washer which you do not provide. As this part can be damaged when the unit is moved creating tension from the dragging external hose, it would be much more satisfying to other customers to add this to the replaceable parts list. Not everyone will have the time or skills to create their own replacement parts, but with the part and simple instructions, your pressure washer can be repaired even if outside the warranty period. Also, the pressure sensor-cut-off switch is inconsistently reliable as noted by multiple reviews. This seems to be affected by the instability of positioning of the components which we seemed to resolve with some zip-ties.
