Very satisfied. The items are of good quality, were properly packaged and shipped on time. Only suggestion is to check the system of pickup points in Belgium, there are many more, now I only had the option for a pickup point a little further from my home while I live almost next to a post office.

Regarding your after sale service request we've been dealing with Meindl for 5 weeks in order to sort this out. As you can see it on our terms and conditions, we have a delay of 4 to 8 weeks for our request of warranty and sometimes it could take a bit longer sometimes.
The brand finally gave us an answer regarding your shoes and we are glad to tell you that you will get a refund for this request.
There is no point in publishing X times the same review, this wont help at all.
