Just been to the NEC baby show in Birmingham one of the first things I bought! The demonstration was amazing and I was sold immediately. Seems like it’s very easy to use, and available to use in many places! The other thing I really liked its that you could use it as a wrap over your shoulder for when your breastfeeding out and about!

Don't buy to use in cars in US
I live in the US, and am told by the new parents to whom the Snugglebundl was gifted that car seats in America cannot use this product, because the straps of the car seats here now come from the sides, like putting on a back pack, to snap in the front. I showed them the video demonstration on Mother's Day and they immediately started shaking their heads and saying no! no! This because the pediatricians won't even allow babies to be strapped in with a coat or jacket on, much less something like this. So the primary reason I purchased it for them cannot be used (to move sleeping baby to and from the car-seat.) I am just as responsible to find this out myself, but wanted your buyers to learn from my experience. It doesn't mean it's not useable at all for any reason, but the best reason has been eliminated.

We are sorry to hear about the difficulties you've experienced using the Snugglebundl. To those who have not used a Snugglebundl before, how to use it can seem confusing, but rest assured the Snugglebundl has been rigourously safety tested and is crash tested for US car seats by Calspan, who test for NASA. It's also inspected and recommended by car seat experts too such as Margaret Bolt. Safety of babies is paramount and here at Snugglebundl we take this very seriously.
It is no thicker than a babygro and, because the car seat straps go over the baby and not the product, it eliminates the need for a thick jumper in cold weather, meaning it actually encourages safer use of car seats. It does not interfer with the harness in anyway or change how you fasten your baby into their car seat.

Crushed Packaging
The only concern I had was the packaging was crushed from shipping. Item inside was perfectly fine. Just made gift, after unwrapping, look second rate. Had to put a note with gift to explain crushed look.

fantastic idea

What a fabulous invention
What a fabulous invention! I'd seen snugglebundl advertised and was intrigued, so when I saw it at the baby show I was straight over to have a proper look. I was very impressed with the demo and decided to invest. Although I thought it was slightly on the pricey side I must admit it is worth every penny, so much so I've now also bought the light weight vesion for summer, I can imagine being on holiday will be made so much easier when out and about with the snugglebundl. Would 100% recommend!

Great product, so easy to lift my newborn out of the car seat and keep him cosy. its also good to use in the pram and because its cotton its comfy for warmer weather. Very pleased with this product

I was disappointed in how thin the material is. I bought two because of my kids having twins. I have back problems and thought these would really be useful taking the kids out of the car seats. I'm actually nervous to use them.

As, if so, the material is purposefully made for warmer temperatures so is made of a single-layer material. I can assure you that every Snugglebundl is made of a strong and sturdy material and safety tested to weight bear up to 30kg/66lbs, with extra strength thread so you can be confident in using it to lift your baby. We do sell a double-layer version of the Snugglebundl which we would be happy to provide an exchange for if you would prefer a slightly cosier material!

A great idea with good head support
A great idea with good head support, sometimes manage to transfer without waking! It's a bit shorter than I anticipated, my 8 week old's legs are out one end ! Comfortable and soft, overall pleased.
