I absolutely love this site with their wide selections and beautiful prints for diamond art. They are prompt in letting me know if certain selections are no longer available and wanting to know if you would like to replace it with another selection or to receive a credit to my card. Their site, prompt service, and excellent products are a win-win. I will continue shopping with Soanydeals and would highly recommend them.

The quality of the Diamond Paintings is excelent. I am from Brazil, so, some times it takes a little while to arrive.

Ordered diamond dotz 2 big ones both had all diamond wrong colour they confirmed wrong colour but no one willing to help maybe this will work

I recently placed an order for multiple paintings. I was contacted by customer service a few days later to imform me that unfurtunaly one of the paintings I ordered was no longer avalible. The customer service worked with me to exchange for a different painting in that ones place. Their customer service was very profesional and helpful and I look forward to receiving my painting soon.

Delivery was a little long but cannot blame the company on that. Everything looks great and they responded great to my questions.

Will never use this company again, put an order in for 12 diamond art, only received 6, package was delivered damaged, they are refusing to lodge a claim for the missing items, keep saying its for me to do but as an international package this needs to be done in the country it was shipped from, they are just giving me the run around, this art was for my mum who is a pensioner and can not afford to repay for art she has not received, we will not be using this business again

This company is wonderful to work with and the items I ordered are great. I will continue to place orders with them in the future.

I've ordered 4 pics and one of them was sent with wrong set of beads. Color scheme was completely wrong. I've contacted them about that and they notified me today that they have sent the right set again. They were really nice and polite. This is second time that we have some kind of error, but mistakes are fine. The way they correct their mistakes matters and I have only nice words for them. I'll order again for sure, because I have trust in them.

On 5th Febuary I ordered 5 daimond paintings & they havent yet been shipped. This is not my first time I odered. Usually within 2days I get an email regarding postage.
Kindly let me know when it will be shipped.

I sent them unlimited emails to the company to change my address but they refused to receive it every time, I can't communicate with them and update my mailing address. Now I don't know what to do. I can't receive the package because of the wrong address, but the payment has been made. Please advise me how to be good

I am not happy. Everytime I write to you about my order being missing I receive the same answer. I ordered this back on 12/22 It has been sitting somewhere since jan 8th and I still have not received it.
